Chapter 303: King's Power

After the cane pierced through the cane, she rapidly began decaying, almost like she was a dead tree that began rotting in a timelapse. Pieces of dried and blackened flesh dropped to the ground before all was left was a tiny pile of ashes.

As for the king, the flesh that didn't flake off instead squirmed over to him and covered his body.

He rapidly morphed into a copy of the queen, with his clothes twisting before the queen's were automatically donned. If it wasn't for the fact that he had transformed in front of them, there would be practically no way to tell that he had originally been a king.

The arrows that once swirled around his supposed ally were now rotating around him.

Nicole blinked a few times watching that.

"Do we even care about this guy? It's not like our goal is to even kill him in the first place."
