Chapter 45: Chapter 44: The New Secretary

A new chapter has been opened in the Oglourine Academy. After weeks of fixing and building back the academy, finally everyone can get back to work, to learn, and to live a normal life just like before. Maybe it could be not the same, however, life never stops changing. It's a part of our cycle, death and rebirth. 

Today, Kayden, Adelphia, Esserine, Lucas, and Phoebe will be meeting with the new professor. 

*In the hallway before the academy starts*

Esserine is listening to the song 'Forget Me Not' repeatedly. Somehow, she just feels connected to the song deeply. Is it because of the lyrics or fate? She's not sure.

"Good morning Esserine!". Olivia was waving her hands while walking with Kayden and Phoebe.

"Are you feeling better?". Olivia approached and put her hand on Esserine's shoulder. 

"Oh I'm alright". Esserine took off her headphones. She has become so introverted and distant since the loss of Maria.
