Chapter 36: The Vessel

Naruto was celebrating, jumping and waving in his sit, everyone else just relaxed a bit, waiting for Ibiki's instructions, suddenly a giant black ball of cloth broke through the window, two kunais were thrown in different locations, inside was a woman, dressed with a one piece see through suit, a dark orange mini skirt and a tan overcoat.
"Is not time to be celebrating, morons! I'm the proctor for the second exam, Anko Mitarashi!" she posed with a hand on her pocket and the right arm extended, showing the sign that had written second exam proctor, the movement was so fast that her overcoat almost moved too far, about to reveal something she shouldn't "Let's move on the next stage!" raising her fist to the air "FOLLOW ME!" she screamed, but no one moved, with their blank expressions unable to react to such display of immaturity, including Naruto.
"Read the room" Ibiki told her from the side, her face changed from excitement to embarrassment, quickly composing herself "twenty-six teams? I guess this time the test was too easy" she reprimanded him "Well, I'll drop more than half of them in the second exam, I'll give you the details tomorrow, so get the location and time with your Jonin, you are dismissed" changing her attitude from a goof ball to a squadron leader.

Only seventy-eight persons, passed the first test, and the second proctor was surprised about the low dropout rate, if it wasn't for Naruto's words the dropouts would be more, but his Talk no Jutsu is really effective moving masses, the sun was setting in the horizon, we still needed to find Guy-Sensei to get the information for the next trial, I asked Lee to handle it, and inform us later, to which he quickly agreed, he tries to spend as much time with Sensei as possible, is an unhealthy but useful obsession.
I walked to my home, just wishing for a cold shower and a warm meal, but something felt wrong, I had the sensation of being stalked, but I was unable to locate my stalker, instead of worrying about it, I made an Illusion, to hide and distract whoever was following me.

{Orochimaru POV}
Saske Uchiha, the boy who lived, the only survivor of the Uchiha massacre, and my only option to obtain the Sharingan, since his brother possessed a power I can't overcome, he will have to take Itachi's place, but he is not the only interesting individual, according to Kabuto, there is at least one other potential vessel, while he doesn't possess the Sharingan, his potential is equal to the Uchiha boy, he was capable of eluding Kabuto's awareness.
I've been following the Yūhi kid, for a while now, he truly is exceptional, his body language didn't change for more than a second after I reveled my presence to him, at least he has enough talent, but there is something strange, he was going to the residential area, but changed his course to the market without reason, maybe he is luring me, so other ninjas can find me, truly a great strategy, is a shame it won't work on me, or so I thought, the kid in front of me, the one I've been following for ten minutes, disappeared in front of my eyes, even his presence was gone, like if he never existed.
He is the nephew of Kurenai Yūhi, that can explain his mastery with Genjutsu, but to be able to put me under one, without seeing where I was, let alone me noticing the fluctuation of the Chakra, is truly a magnificent feat, is decided, if I can't have the Uchiha, I will have him! But I need to alter my plans slightly, I need to brand two of them with the Cursed Seal before the Jonin and Chunin of the Village notice my presence, it won't be an easy task, but nothing is impossible for me.

{Kenji POV}
I don't know who was following me, but I didn't like the sensation that I felt, I was able to distract it long enough to get it away from me, but I can't stop shivering, like if someone was trying to take me for their own perverted pleasures, I put my hands on my back, trying to cover my butt hole by instinct, I really don't like this feeling, so I ran home, as fast as I could, like a deer running away from a predator, I never felt this kind of fear before, but like people says, there is a first time for everything, I just hope I never have to experience the first time I was fearing right now.

I couldn't sleep at all, every single shadow, every single sound, I was afraid of everything around me last night, the fear overpowered my logical mind, and made me feel like a small child, alone in the darkness of his room, afraid of the ghost under the bed, the monster inside the closet, the witch watching me from the other side of the window and the boogieman waiting for me in my dreams, after all these years in this world, for the first time I felt like a kid, I have taken lives, I have fought for my life, but I never felt like this before, and it was all, due to an unknown entity that took an interest in me.
The morning finally came, filling me with a sense of security, calming my mind, I was able to sleep for a couple of hours before my alarm woke me up, I repeated my morning routine, breakfast, brush my teeth and took a shower, everything I needed to start my day, by the time I was finish Neji and Lee were waiting for me outside the house, we didn't talk much, beyond the location of the exam, I won't deny that I was afraid of the possibility of being found once again by my last night stalker, but after walking for a while, I was able to relax, it took us about half an hour to go from the Village to the place of the second trail, the other twenty-five Teams were already there waiting for the new instructions.

Duskstar I won't deny it, this chapter was really hard to released, this was the reason of why I needed rest last week, I was in the middle of a writer's block, and I had to force my way through it, couldn't find inspiration so I just put togheter the things that actually worked, hope you enjoyed it.
