When Harry put the ring on his finger, the ring merges with the other rings just like when he wore other Heir rings in his last Gringotts visit. After the merge, the crest on the ring changes into the Hollow crest instead of the Pendragon crest.
"Congratulation, Heir Potter-Pendragon for acquiring the House Gaunt."
Harry and the others present in the room are shocked by what he said.
"How can I acquire the House Gaunt? I am not related to them, and also I don't want more houses."
Harry is not happy with where it is going to go. He already has 10 houses and is not interested in having one more house. He needs the resurrection stone present on the ring but he doesn't want one more lordship.
"You are linked to the Gaunt family, I also don't know how but in our records you are the heir by right of conquest."
"But I never met anyone from the Gaunt family."
"I also don't have any reason for that."
Griphook also can't tell him how he gets Gaunt as the records don't show him exactly what happens, as it only told them what the result is and in this case ' the Heir of Gaunt family by right of conquest.'
"Can you check who the last Lord or Heir of the Gaunt family was?"
Sirius asked Griphook as he also doesn't remember meeting someone from the Gaunt family, so Harry can't get the Gaunt house from conquest which only happens if the previous lord has killed and there is no one to continue the line.
"Wait some time, let me go and see the Gaunt family tree."
Griphoop then leaves the room once again.
"Padfoot, why did you ask Griphook to check who the last Lord of the Gaunt was?"
"Harry, the last Lord of the Gaunt family which I remember is Marvolo Gaunt who was murdered by his son Morfin Gaunt after his release from Azkaban. He was again sent to the Azkaban for the murder and he died in the Azkaban a few years back."
After Sirius said that, Griphook come again to the room with a parchment in his hand.
"From the House of Gaunt family tree, the last lord of the Gaunt family is Tom Marvolo Riddle after his maternal grandfather Marvolo Gaunt's murder."
"WHAT"
"What happens, Harry?"
"Tom Marvolo Riddle is Voldemort's real name."
It is time for other people present in the room to be shocked. Harry now becomes confused, as if Voldemort is the Lord of House Gaunt who has the resurrection stone then why didn't he try to use it to come back to life, and why did he make this ring to one of his Horcrux?
"Can I see the parchment?"
Sirius asked Griphook to see the parchment as Voldemort's real identity will be helpful to them in the fight against him.
"Only if Harry gives you permission, Lord Black."
"He has my permission."
After getting confirmation from Harry, Griphook gives the parchment to Sirius so that he can learn more about his real identity.

After reading the parchment, Sirius was more shocked as the Dark lord whose motto is pureblood supremacy is a half-blood.
"What happen, Sirius?"
Remus asked after seeing Sirius shocked while reading the letter. He is also interested in learning about the identity of the Voldemort.
"See"
Sirius hands the parchment to Remus and Harry so they can also see what had written on the parchment.
"Then that means Voldemort is Half-blood."
"Yes, Remus."
Suddenly there is a smirk on his face before he said again.
"What will those bloody death eaters do when they learn about their lord's true heritage."
Before Sirius says anything further, Harry speaks in disagreement.
"Sirius, we are not disclosing this information now. We are going to use this information when it will hurt them most."
Sirius nodded to Harry's comment as if they disclosed this information, then many of the death eaters who committed crimes in the name of pure-blood supremacy with Voldemort are not going to be punished as there is no evidence against them, and after they leave Voldemort's army there is no way they are going to punished by the ministry.
Also, treatment towards Half-blood and muggle-born is going to be worse compared to currently. They are going to force their crimes on them and said that Voldemort was also one of them, which makes all half-bloods and muggleborn the ones behind the downfall of wizarding Britain.
