It's been 3 years, I came to this world. I am pretty sure that I got reincarnated in Narutoverse but things are not as happy as it is. First of all, I am the 3rd child of the daimyo that too I was born to the second wife. My elder brother and I have a age difference of 20+ years. My father's name is Shihan Mononobe. He is the 5th generation daimyo of Mononobe clan. You heard it right Daimyo is also from a clan, I was shocked from hearing it.
But I got pretty much confused after learning about it because if Hashirama Senju was called God of shinobi then why didn't he become the daimyo of land of fire. Then I came to a realisation I used to see only about things happening only in konoha in the anime.
So I started researching on things about my new family. Surprisingly my mom Hashina Kokuen was a shadow elder in the council of Fire. So I pretty much learnt things much from her. Kokuen clan, she comes from is renowned for their espionage and intelligence gathering from Warring states period. I pretty much got all details from her. Apparently I am the only Clan heir of these declining clan so my mom started teaching me everything even though I am only 3 years old as I was able to speak from 2 and half years,
You may think wow clan heir so you would be having cool jutsu and kekai genkkai and stuff. Nope, the clan pretty much lost all jutsu even then we were not renowned for ninjutsu we were renowned for stealth, taijutsu,kenjutsu,espionage, shadow tracking and gorilla warfare.
To put in place, If I order to execute a low jonin my clan can finish the job with using three guys. But if a low jonin tries to attack our clan. He might pretty much take out 10 to 15 guys.if I a kage level shinobi fights Am I pretty much screwed.....
So after reading all the clan records I came to a conclusion. This is what I found Daimyo aka my father is head of the state supported by council of elders. Hokage aka Hiruzen Saruthobiis head of hidden leaf aka like military general aka mercenary head.
The daimyo has all political power that is to say without Daimyo's approval no one can become a hokage. Typically, not all lands have a hidden villages you may think why because not all can unlock chakra correctly even then they can't be elite. Shinobi's are a selective bunch. Even I can't practice ninjutsu, I was allowed to train in kenjutsu (sword art) that too because I am a royal. My mom teaches me taijutsu, kenjutsu and clan skills.
Even then I can't brag about it that much how the hell did kakashi became jonin at 12 I can't grasp the basic stand for 3 months. Only plus point I have is I am rich not some rich but filthy rich. Almost 70% of everything in land of fire is owned directly or indirectly by the daimyo.
That is exactly why hidden leaf obeys us to put it simple all the equipment and remuneration of almost all the task you seen by shinobi are given by the daimyo. I also has access to greatest spy network owned by the kokuen clan. If Jiraya were to see our clans network he might think he was playing child's play. So why didn't you see anything about them in anime. Actually you have seen the work but never heard about us. Yeah basically all daimyo reports, hokage reports and shockingly we update bingo books along with pictures we are that good in stealth and information gathering.
Lastly I got a stupid system that teaches me strategy, diplomatic policy, political science and finance. Some time I feel like may be Richard is ghosting me like a system. basically it's a walking library. I came to know about it during my reading time in library.
I could only read things what system provides me. Now I am reading Art of War By Sun Tzu. and it asks me questions along the way so that I could use it in actual situation.
