Chapter 12: chapter 11
Samra p.o.v
After talking to brian, I went to bed because I had a practice for cheerleading and I wasn't going to miss it for the world. I had always had a passion to be a cheerleader on time and now that am in college I won't loss this opportunity.
I set the alarm on my put then turned off the light and dozed off to my dream land.
Once I closed my eyes, I found myself in a quiet room, I looked around and the place looked familiar. It was my bedroom, it was decorated with flowers and candles.
I saw my reflection in a mirror, I couldn't believe that I was wearing a wedding dress, I heard noises from outside so I walked out.
The noise was coming down the living room so I walked down and went in. I saw two people arguing and I couldn't see they were.
They light of the sun was blocking the view,I couldn't see who they were but their voices sounded familiar. I.... It was my...MOM and b....Brian.
"Oh baby you have no idea who you're marrying please stop this immediately " my mom said walking towards me.
"No no she won't please samra don't listen to her "Brian said as he pointed to her.
"Excuse you, she's my daughter and she will do as I say "she said grabbing my arm.
"What the hell is going on here? and why should I cancel my wedding if am getting married in the first place?" I asked as I was confused about them arguing in the first place.
"My daughter will NEVER EVER BE YOUR WIFE mark my word " she yelled at him.
They both started arguing again before I could say anything. The alarm went off and I quickly woke up.
I looked at my phone and I had an hour left for practice. I turned to my roommate and she was ready for school.
"Seriously Martha, couldn't you wake me up?I can see you're about to leave for class." I asked rolling my eyes at her.
"Actually I did wake you up but you were busy calling someone's name turned out to be Brian I suppose " she said pretending to think.
"You won't believe if I tell you that I dreamt of him marrying me can you believe that?" I asked as I jumped with joy.
"Samra it's just a dream not real so lets get ready for practice before the captain of the cheerleading makes our lives miserable "she said pushing me to the bathroom.
"Ok okay, I get it but after that I will tell you about promise you will listen ?" I asked her.
She nodded her head and I quickly got myself ready. We both walked fast to the basketball hall as that was the place where were going to practice.
Luckily we were on time soon we started practicing. As we were doing the pyramid style, I saw brian and his team mates walking in, he looked amazing especially when he was wearing a black and grey sweatpants and black shirt.
Seemed like he got all of the girls attention and so was mine, I accidentally missed a someone's hand and we all fall to the ground.
I twisted my ankle, I tried to get up as brian helped me but I couldn't stand on my feet. I yelled in pain so brian carried me in bridal style and took me to the infirmary.
The doctor looked at it and said I had sprained ankle. So she bandaged it then left the room.
Brian was still there and I couldn't be more grateful. I also apologised to him for missing his practice. He was ok with it and I wanted to say something to him but we were interrupted by none other than my mom.
She asked me countless times if I was ok and I was ok with it since I knew she was such a dramatic person.
The doctor told her that I needed a full bed rest and it was best to stay home.
I didn't want it but I had no choice but to follow her instructions. Brian offered to help me and I was happy for his kind gesture.
We came to the parking lot where my mom had parked her car and waited for her since she had the car keys.
Soon she joined us and opened the door, I sat at the passenger seat while I waited for her.
I saw her shaking hands with Brian then hugged him, he smiled at her but something was off and I couldn't tell what it was.
I came home, our butler Mr. Jones opened the door for us and we got in.
"Take her to her room and give her what ever she wants" my mom instructed one of the maids.
"Mom it's ok no need to disturb them, am sure I can do things myself I mean it's not like I broke my legs it's just a sprain " I said as I stood up.
"No samra, I have given instructions and it must be followed until then you will be staying in one of the guest rooms" she pointed behind her.
"Mom I think you forgot that this mansion has an elevator so am going to stay in my room " I said.
"Right as you wish my princess, well am ofc to work then I'll be home at nine make sure you ate and had your pill ok? Love you" she said as she kissed me on the cheek.
"Seriously mom am old enough so no need for that and love you too bye" I said as I hugged her.
She left the room and I went to my room on a wheelchair and the maid mrs. Davis helped me to bed.
Mrs davis was like a mom to me, she practically raised me ever since I was born and we always enjoyed each others company.
As I got ready for after dinner, I called Martha and she asked me if I was ok and told me that she would like to visit me. I gave her the address.
As we chatted, I had a knock on my window, at first i thought it was a bird but it got louder and louder.
As i stood up to see what it was, i almost collapsed on the floor as i saw who it was it was dark and it was raining heavily.
But the figure that stood in my room literally made my heart run a mile ...
