Chapter 25: Jaden(1)
Kelan walked out of Linda's dorm and he went towards the warping station, he entered the warping tunnel and appeared at the beautiful city he saw the previous day,
He smiled and brought out the hoverboard Regan gave him. Kelan surfed the board more proficient than the way he surfed it the last time.
When Kelan arrives at Regan's house, he puts the hoverboard inside his spatial ring.
Kelan entered the house but he couldn't find Regan, he went deeper into the house and he was hearing some clang... sounds.
The sound led him to a door and he opened it, when the door opened, Kelan saw Regan training hard with his dual ax.
Regan was sweating buckets, then he noticed Kelan.
"Man you came earlier than I thought," Regan said.
"When I saw your text message I was very eager to see my sister after all these years".
"Well, she is tagging along with my brother," Regan replied.
"Your brother is also coming, whoa!! I will get to know him"
"Hey man, why don't we spar since you are training right now, I would like to test my prowess because I got my ass kicked earlier today by a short guy, who was using some kind of very fast footwork," Kelan said
" Oh that's a flash step he used, he must be from some rich family, because only the rich and powerful family knows how to use the flash step" Regan replied.
"Hmmm, no offense Regan but can you teach me since you know about it," Kelan asked.
"Sigh.....to teach you isn't the problem, what if you used it in front of a powerful expert and he found out that you are not from a powerful family, that will spell trouble for you, Anyways since you want to learn it I will teach you, but we have to spar first" then Regan took a stance.
"Man don't give me that look, you are a fucking B-rank supe and you want to use a weapon, I think it better to use our bare hands" Kelan also took a stance, grinning like a battle maniac.
Kelan ran towards Regan with full speed, he coated his hand with his energy and launched his fist towards Regan, Regan who saw Kelan fist coated with energy was surprised at how he could manipulate the energy on his fist.
Regan caught Kelan's blow with his right hand and he was slightly pushed back.
Kelan's eyes widened when his powerful blow could only shift Regan back a little.
Regan threw a palm strike coated with fire towards Kelan.
Kelan ducked his body to the side, causing Regan's attack to miss, Kelan used the opportunity and lodged a powerful blow on Regan's ribs.
Boom!!
Regan was sent flying across the room skidding a few meters away.
Regan grunted as he stood up and spat blood.
"Mmm, I underestimated you by using only my physique, you are quite strong despite your rank" Regan stood up and coated his body with fire, he looked like the God of hell.
Regan dashed towards Kelan at an incredible speed, Kelan was unable to follow Regan's movement, before he knew it, Regan hit him in his stomach, Kelan could feel all his organs and ribs wrecked from Regan's powerful blow as he was sent flying.
Ahhhhh! Cough! Cough!
Kelan grunted as he was unable to stand up, Regan walked towards him and fed him some healing pills, Kelan wounds were healing at an alarming rate due to the quality of the pills.
"You put on a good fight, I was surprised that you could take my full blow head-on without passing out," Regan said.
"Good fight my ass, I was punched like a doll and defeated with one blow, that shows how weak I am" Kelan replied.
Kelan took his bath and put on a new set of clothes Regan gave him because his old ones were burnt.
After freshening up, the boys settled down and chatted happily.
Suddenly the door of the living room opened and a tall muscular man entered and he was staring at Kelan.
"Brother" Regan blurted out and ran towards him.
Kelan also saw a tall young woman enter after the man.
"Jaden," Kelan muttered. And he rushed towards her and lifted her off the ground, hugging her tightly.
"Kelan I missed you, do you know how long I have been dying to see you," Jaden said while still hugging him.
Regan and Simon were looking at them weirdly.
"This friend of yours and his sister are weirdos," Simon whispered.
Simon was the name of Regan's brother.
"Err... Kelan, have you seen my brother? Simon"
"Ahh I am sorry, my bad, I just missed my sister a lot, Nice to meet you Simon" Kelan replied.
Kelan and Simon shook their hands and cracked a few jokes, Jaden was uncomfortable as Kelan was still joking with Simon.
"Hey Regan, can we use one of your rooms? I would like to talk to my brother privately for some time," Jaden said.
"Sure, you are free to use any of the rooms," Regan replied.
Kelan's face turned pale as he already knew what Jaden wanted.
