Chapter 95: CHAPTER 95: Desperate Times

Panicking slightly Humus was sure that it wasn't a mistake on his part which meant that the spell had been somehow interfered with by a stronger force,

"I need to contact Arifnon," Humus thought, doing his best to remain calm that way his students would too, hoping that the worst case scenario was that the rest of them were left behind in Whitefield.

Humus instantly tried to telepathically talk to Arifnon just as he had done before he teleported away which was a spell that they used regularly to talk, only to discover that somehow, he couldn't contact him.

Back at Whitefield in front of the shelter where the students had stood, with their eyes closed waiting to be teleported home.

After a few seconds all the students gradually began to open their eyes only for them to discover with shock that they were yet to leave Whitefield but somehow half of them were gone, including their principal.
