Chapter 118: Dear Adam: For a wounded heart

Everything was like a nightmare for Khadijah. She did not understand the real plan of God. Tight to the point of gripping. She would never be able to deny her feelings.

On a bed Khadijah also smelled the aroma of gaping grief. It felt wrapped in a deep wound. Tears began to fall along with a wound.

A hand gripped Khadijah's fingers, then she turned to the figure of the man who had been protecting her wings all this time. "You'll be fine," said Rumi very quietly.

Khadijah felt deep sorrow. Even though Rumi tried to corroborate it with a single word. But she will never be able to feel at all. Leaning on her right shoulder made her a little comfortable. Her tears still couldn't shrink at all.

Khadijah's eyes were full of tears. She was so short of breath that she started to gasp for air.

"Dijah, this is a trial. You have to be patient," said Rumi, trying to calm Khadijah's heart to stay strong. But today was her greatest heartbreak. He lost the father figure he loved.
