Chapter 59: The Dress Zipper

A week later, it was the day of the Sevil meeting.

Since it was also the last meeting before winter, which was the devils' favorite season, there would be a party with all of the seven devil families after the meeting.

With the first day of winter, the temperature also dropped drastically, and the coldness woke all the creatures across Healeh up.

In the morning, Daphne had also woken up. She was still wearing her pajamas, but wrapped a thick and soft blanket around her so she wouldn't feel so cold. Lucifer was inside the bathroom when she pushed the balcony door open, a gust of cold wind greeting her.

She pulled the blanket tighter around her body, looking out. The sun had risen over the mountains already, casting a golden glow onto the land below.

Daphne leaned against the railing, pressing her lips together as it was cold. The view from the balcony was her favorite place in the Black manor.
