"Master Devlin. . ." The devil's name rolled out Lucifer's tongue.

Aaron Devlin smiled a little awkwardly as he quickly changed the topic, "Young master Lucifer, what happened? Did you not have an umbrella? And. . ."

His eyes also landed on Lucifer's injury, and it was too late to look away and pretend he hadn't seen it, "You got hurt?! How?!"

There was not a hint of wavering in his voice, but it was enough for Lucifer to see through his lies.

Lucifer grinned, "I am sure you would know how better than me."

Aaron Devlin's expression stiffened slightly, and behind him, Blade Devlin's lips twitched as his eyes looked down at the ground.

Lucifer continued, "On my way here, I got attacked by some witches."

Aaron Devlin opened his mouth, pretending to be shocked, "Oh, is that so?! Young master Black, I'm sure you know that there are a lot of witches here in Crysville. You ought to be careful."
