Chapter 359: The Von Neumann Mansion

Austria, August 24th 1803

Lukas was at the entrance of the Royal Palace. He was ready to depart to the Von Neumann mansion, where he would be allowed to talk to Erik.

Lukas sighed. 'For God's sake. That conversation in the morning wasn't enough. Now I'll have to meet with Erik too,' he complained. 'And I don't even know if he'll be alone! After what I came across in the last meeting, everything's possible,' the blonde boy thought .

Soon, however, Lukas took a deep breath before clenching his fist, looking determined. 'No! I have to be positive! I've finally learned to outmaneuver Erik. Like that, he'll never know whether or not I'm lying,' he thought. 

The many conversations Lukas had had with Freida were also very important for him to figure this out.
