Chapter 280: Progress

Lukas, Niklas and Leonhard were in the garden, getting ready to train.

Right now, Leonhard was already starting to warm up whereas Niklas looked very nervous. He absolutely didn't know what to do.

Lukas then walked to Niklas. "Okay, Niklas. Let's start, shall we?" he asked. "First, I want to make it clear that this training isn't supposed to pressure you into doing your best or something like that. All I want you to do that is doing as many moves as you can, and do it well. Let's imagine that you can like... do 25 push-ups but you only want to do 20. It's fine, okay?" the blonde explained.

Niklas then nodded his head before looking at Lukas. "I... I get to do as many as I want?" he asked.

Lukas then nodded his head. "Yes. There's a limit, though," he said. "I just want you to lead healthy lifestyle, that's all," the blonde boy said.
