I walked up the path towards the building. "So this is it? Fairy Tail High," I asked myself aloud as I came to a stand facing the place in front of me. I can't believe that he's making me go to school. I'm going to get him back for this, the thought came to me. I went further up the footpath. Entered the building and met up with the principal after successfully enrolling.
I made my way into his office and sat down in the open chair opposite his table. I thought that he would've been bigger. "Welcome to Fairy Tail High, a place where dreams tends to come true. Follow me boy, let me show you to your home room." Mister Drayer, Headmaster of FTH, welcomed me warmheartedly. I followed him down the corridor lined on either side with lockers. Up a flight of stairs and came to a halt before a room. The sign above the door indicates that we're standing before room 21A. The principal knocked once before entering.
"Quite down! Class is in section. Take your seats. Quickly, we don't have all day," the one giving the class stated. I followed, short on the Headmaster's heels. "Strauss? You've got a new student. Come on boy, introduce yourself?" He said. I inched closer and faced the ones who'll now be my classmates and spoke freely, "Hello, everybody. The name's Natsu. My brother and I just moved to town." "Welcome Mr. Dragneel. Please take a seat behind the red haired girl. You'll be sharing a desk with Miss Heartfilia. Wait a second- Where is she? Absent again? Does anybody know?" Mr. Strauss questioned. "Why is everybody looking at me for? I don't know where she is..." A guy with dark grayish blue hair complained bitterly. "But you're dating! Surely you should know about her whereabouts?" A tiny blue headed girl asked. "Actually, no Levi- She dumped him over winters break. Their history!" The one who sits in front of me helped her right. The one with the scarlet colored hair. "Wait- Back up a little.... What? Bunny girl dumped you? That's so damn hilarious, Haha!" Another dark haired dude joined the conversation. His hair much more darker than grey and his got way too much studs. (Isn't that against school regulations?) "SILENCE!" Mr. Strauss exclaimed angrily. "Yes, Sir," everybody, including me, chanted as a choir.
"Lucy Heartfilia? Where on God's green earth have you been? You're fifteen minutes late for class," our homeroom teacher asked as an extremely beautiful blonde entered the room. "At home Sir, I was sleeping in my bed. Isn't that where you sleep, Sir?" Her sarcastic response made the class erupted in laughter. "Excuse me for asking, Sir. But what is this- Who is he?" The gorgeous girl asked as she took her stand beside the double desk where I'm already seated. It seems like she's about to blow a gasket and then she confirmed it by screeching: "I don't share! I work alone...." "Not this year, you don't! Everyone will be assigned to a partner. That equation includes even you, no exceptions. My word is final!" Even though he has spoken, she still had the audacity to question him with a 'but Sir'. This made Mr. Strauss boil over like an over heated kettle. "Are you questioning my authority, Miss Heartfilia? Would you prefer if I were to give you a detention slip, Miss Heartfilia?" Quickly she took her seat, shaking her head in defeat.
"Well, okay then. Listen up, as I'm only going to say this once. As you've probably already figured, I'll be your homeroom teacher for this semester. I'll also be giving you lot: English, Art and Life Orientation." He informed casually. The red haired lady pointed her left hand up in the air. After Mr. Strauss gave word, she asked her question, "Will Gray and I be partnered up, Sir?" He shook his head. "Nope, you'll be partnered up with the Fernandez twins. They'll be joining our class in the following week. So for the time being, you'll be working alone." He answered her question in full. "That's so cool!" Lucy's ex exclaimed like he just won the lottery.
