(A/N: Hello guys, I just notice that many of you read more about my other story which is sadly dropped and I just wanna ask, Why? I mean even I know I mess up there and have a lot of grammar mistakes so I wanna know is there something that makes it much more interesting compare to this?)

Tobi enter the library as he saw the one guarding this library, a mature man in his 40s with a petite built and glasses and a not so likeable face.
The man ignored Tobi's arrival as he continue reading the book in his hands with a dreary face.
Tobi ignored the man's disregard of his presence as he directly walk straight to the book section reading things he found interesting.
Tobi directly goes to the trainer section as he took some books like:
•Trainer's Guide for Beginners.
•Pokemon Aptitudes Theory.
•Pokemon Evolution Theory
These are the books that caught Tobi's attention as he sat in the chair not far away from the trainer section.
The man from earlier noticed that Tobi took books about trainers as he sneers.
"Hah! another delusional kid thinking he could become a trainer." He ridiculed not even trying to lower his voice.
Since Tobi deliberately hid turtwig's Pokeball before entering the library, the man thought Tobi was just some delusional kid who can't accept reality.
Tobi heard the man mock him but directly dismiss it as he still has some important things to do but that doesn't mean Tobi would just let him go.
Tobi continues reading as he memories every important stuff.
In {Trainer's Guide for beginners}, It teaches things about survival and wildlife in the wilderness, necessity commodities that helps in surviving in the wild, what pokemons were aggressive, friendly, and territorial.
{Pokemon Aptitude Theory} on the other hand, talk about how Pokemon aptitude was divided into 5 parts, namely: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical.
This greatly puzzles Tobi because according to the system, pokemon's Aptitude was divided into 6 and not 5.
Tobi guess was that people from this world didn't know about the sixth stage of aptitude or that this book is just was not update and people already found out about the sixth stage.
after thinking for a while, Tobi just let it be as he started reading the next page which immediately caught his interest.
In the next page, It says that Pokemon aptitude affects how fast a pokemon levels up compared to their other species with inferior aptitude. It also affects the speed of learning and mastering a move, the higher the aptitude, the faster it is.
{Pokemon Evolution Theory} talks about how evolution could improve pokemons aptitude if you do it right. it didn't tell how though but Tobi was not disappointed as he could just buy it at the system shop.
It also talks about how some pokemon species evolve using external help like growlithe evolving to arcanine using a special kind of stone or through internal like how golbat evolves to crobat through friendship.
This caught Tobi's attention the most out of all of them, according to the book, pokemons with external evolution could increase their aptitude as long as the item's quality was good enough. of course the greater the aptitude pokemon has, the lower it's aptitude chances of increasing.

Tobi remained reading books until it began to get dark.
As Tobi was reading, he was also looking around, making sure that there is no more people in the library so he could proceed to his next scheme.
"Hey, it's time for the library to close, come back tomorrow!" The guard yelled but Tobi just ignore him as he continue reading.
The man was enraged as his face turned red, he approaches Tobi while putting up his sleeve, slowing his thin arms that couldn't even intimidate a baby.
"You little sh*t!" He said as he tries to grab Tobi's collar but was stopped by a hand.
Tobi held the skinny man's arm as he stand up and holds his shoulder, Tobi throws him onto the table.
"Argh!" the man exclaims as coughs some blood and his back was in pain.
"Even though your waste, I don't want to have some trouble especially now that I'm still weak." Tobi calmly says as he opens his palm directly hitting the man in the guts as a black tattoo that looks like a Pokeball with a 'D' inside appears in the spot that Tobi hit.

'Mark of Trust' Tobi thought seeing the mark, it was the very first time Tobi used it as he didn't dare to use Turtwig as a guinea pig.
The man slowly opened his eyes as his face still looks hurt but there are some admiration and joy as he looks toward Tobi.
'Success!' Tobi was happy seeing the result of his other ability. This would be very useful in his plans for the future.
[DING! Congratulations, you completed the hidden mission: {First subordinate}]
[DING! You earn:

Tobi was surprised by the sudden notification of the system as he flinch but quickly compose himself.
'Wait there are missions?' Tobi asks the system through his mind.
[DING! yes, the system would give the host major missions while hidden missions were secret and it's up to the host to solve.]
Tobi nodded thinking about it anymore as he was much more interested in the rewards he got.
'System, analyze the {Territory Card} and {Random Pokemon' Tobi ask as he already knows the purpose of the remaining two.
[DING!
{Territory Card} = A card that registers a selected place as the host's Territory
{Random Pokemon(Gen1) } = Randomly gives a Pokemon from gen 1 only.]
Tobi nodded in satisfaction seeing the two reward's descriptions as he immediately use the {Random Pokemon}.

The opening lasted in just a few seconds as a mankey materialised in front of Tobi which surprise the guard of the library but he didn't dare to ask.

Tobi was disappointed as it was only a green aptitude and only have 1 evolution left which makes it harder to increase its aptitude.
Tobi thought about giving it to the guard but immediately throw the idea as would be a waste.
"do you have some bed here?" Tobi coldly ask the guard as the latter nodded.
"good, take me there" Tobi nodded and said as the guard stood up instantly and guided Tobi to a guest room.
Tobi headed directly on the bed as he lay down.
"...what?" Tobi ask while laying down to the guard who was still standing in front of the door like a lost puppy.
"a-ah do-nothing!" The guard replied as he run straight to his room without hesitation.
