Chapter 2135: Mission

"Mr. William, Connor is coming for you. Perhaps you should consider retreating!" the middle-aged man said urgently.

"I can't leave this place!" William replied stubbornly. He continued, "It's fine. We still have five teams, and those five teams represent the most significant fighting force of Blood Shadow. I refuse to believe that he can break through these final five defenses!"

Upon hearing his words, the middle-aged man appeared somewhat helpless. He sighed softly and didn't press the matter further because he knew William wouldn't listen.

As William saw the hesitation on the middle-aged man's face for a couple of seconds, he reached for his phone and dialed a number.

"Ring, ring..."

After several rings, the call was finally answered on the other end.
