Chapter 67: Chapter 67: March of the Dead: Yatsufusa
~Third POV~
In the middle of the path towards Tensui Village from Alchemist Quarry, the group of armed Imperial Soldiers launched a constant barrage of bullets at the figure wearing a mask, black coat, black pants, and shoes barehanded while wearing gloves.
As the bullets continued worry was soon apparent on their faces as they see the masked boy which is Tatsumi dodge them all with little to no effort as all of their bullets finally ended as he began to talk to them in a different voice, "Would you look at that? You all ran out of bullets to use. Now it's my turn to get some answers."
*Swoosh*
Quickly vanishing from their sights the group of Imperial Soldiers were suddenly forced into close combat but as Tatsumi wanted to figure out the situation he didn't bother to prolong the fight as he began to use his [Overhaul] quirk on his body at the ready.
When he avoided the attack of bullets he rushed towards one of the soldiers as he merely did one punch to the face was all that was needed…
*Bam*
With that one hit and with [Overhaul] active that one soldier soon began disassembling him into pieces as fear rose from the soldiers, "What the fuck! What the hell are you, bastard – "

With all the remaining soldiers were all suddenly tapped by the hand of Tatsumi they all started to disappear one after another as there was only one remaining to listen to his words, "Ah sorry their Imperial Soldiers… as you can see, I am the bomb, and you were touched to dust. Ba bye you soldiers willing to die for your country of scum."
*Swoosh*
The last one tried to escape as Tatsumi managed to grab his neck as he began to demand the soldier threatening his life as he talked coldly at him, "Now then scumbag tell why exactly you are attacking this village. From what I know the Empire was already bad with foreign countries surrounding it why make a big move such as this to risk potential war with everyone in this village?"
The Imperial Soldier wanted to scoff at him but the fear of him dying was more powerful than spiting him as he began to explain to him in hopes of being freed, "Ach! Fine, you masked bastard… there were reports of one of the missing Teigu's being found here in Tensui Village ready to be auctioned off. When the auction head didn't obey well you saw what happens if you don't listen to Empire you don't get off scot-free…"
Tatsumi hearing the news narrowed his eyes at the information as he thought to himself seriously at the dire situation as he thinks first, 'This is bad… if the Empire wanted to risk it all for just a powerful weapon then it must be worth the risk to get but what is it though first?'
That was when Tatsumi demanded of the Imperial Soldier by gripping his fist tighter at the soldier as he spoke coldly, "If I'm willing to bet the Empire would take everything from Tensui Village then… tell me what Teigu was worth the risk of massacring this village for?"
At the response, Tatsumi felt honestly surprised by the result as the soldier spoke his answer to him as well as the reason why as he pleaded for his life, "Fuck man… alright we were sent to retrieve the March of the Dead: Yatsufusa a Teigu in the form of a long katana with the power to reanimate and control corpses. With its power we can kill a baby Special Class Danger Beast Death Tagool hibernating in a place called Seiga in the North! Now please let me go I have a family and kids!"
Using his [Observation Haki] throughout the entire conversation he only spoke truthy about the whole situation before Tatsumi came to his conclusions, "I see… very well then soldier considers yourself lucky I feel merciful today."
*Bam*
A punch under the chin making his brain move managed to knock him out as Tatsumi begins to understand the situation at hand at this moment, "Fuck if those Imperial assholes managed to get the sword first and proceed with their plan. Then it won't matter if those corrupt idiots attack this place once they get that baby Death Tagool then it's served as a deterrent honestly not a bad plan to make the other countries think twice."
As he realized that a smirk soon expressed under his mask at the idea as he thought to himself getting the Teigu before the Empire, 'Looks like I might have a change of plans first. I'm just going to take the Empire idea and use it for my benefit.'
With that Tatsumi began to hurry along to Tensui Village while he observes the situation from afar to get a better understanding of what's happening and as well locate the Teigu first before the Imperial Soldiers would get the chance. As he was rushing towards his direction something more unexpected was happening in the village as, despite the armed forces of the Empire soldiers, they were met with some resistance from the unlikeliness of foes…

The Group of Terror was a group of children taken in by the Empire to be trained as assassins. It was made up of the children who weren't skilled enough to get a position in the Elite Seven roughly those who were given the Kill Rank of No.8 and higher.
To compensate for their lack of talent, they were instead given performance-enhancing drugs that then artificially gave them their superhuman abilities similar to the innate abilities naturally developed by the Seven.
Originally in the story, their original first mission was to test them out on an open field against enemies of the revolutionary army soldiers, but a slightly change in the original events that occurred brought them to change their first mission.
After the reports of the Elite Seven group killing the Sabatini Show they recently got orders from the Minister of Military Affairs to change their order of killing some revolution scum to instead secure one of the missing 24 Teigu's during a civil war.
That Teigu happen at the time be the March of the Dead: Yatsufusa.
When the message was sent to the leader of The Group of Terror Uncle Bill, he was at first disapproved of this but when he received that if one of his members can use the Teigu they can keep it for the Empire.
At the latest news he grinned happily if one of his kids was able to bond with the weapon then he can show off to Gozuki in his face about it and if not, then at least this will be training experience assassinating a village.
It was a win and win situation for Bill.
The Group of Terror consisted of a 7 man team with the following members being Balluck, Gin, Kylie, Kurome, Natala, Remus, and Womyn.
Each of these members was taught to kill death row inmates to install them to be used to killing innocent or the condemned to their breaking point for Uncle Bill to implant his brainwashing on them inhumanely as possible.
Bill was also well versed in brainwashing and mental conditioning techniques, as it was revealed that he was the one responsible for placing the powerful mental suggestion into the members of the Group of Terror not to betray or abandon the Empire and doing or even thinking of doing so was wrong.
These mental suggestions were so powerful that not a single one of his "soldiers" ever questioned or resisted it and even if these notions were ever considered, it would cause severe pangs of pain on them. These techniques were also eventually used on their future successor group the Dark Squad on the new members acquired and recruited by the Empire.

Inside the very village, the whole place was being burned to the ground as they slaughter innocent people as well as take all the supplies that belong to the merchants in the area.
Screams were filled within the area and gunfire was being heard throughout the village as more people began to die left and right making it a bloody massacre. The Imperial Soldiers that were using their swords began to cut apart anyone in their way whether they were man, woman, elderly, or children.
By the orders from upper command, they were forced to put them down.
This fight would've ended as soon as the fighting started correctly but unfortunately for some of the Imperial Soldiers though despite having the numerical advantage they were still having difficulty as they were met with some unexpected force.

At the moment with the whole Tensui village being burned to the ground The Group of Terror members Kurome and Natala as they held their weapons breathing tiring themselves from their enemy.
The enemy in question they are facing a tall man with black hair worn in a top ponytail; his clothing resembled that of a samurai. His eyes were shown to have black sclerae and red irises, but he usually kept them closed. He is seen with a twig in his mouth. He carried his sword tied to his belt.
The two were having trouble as they were the current strongest in their teams but are having difficulties with the man in front of them as he casually talks to them in amidst of the chaos surrounding him, "Hey, hey now kids. Ain't that very rude to attack a man when he was just eating in peace before this shit storm. Sigh… the Empire has no taste being subtle, do they? So, who you kids are anyway because I can tell your strong compared to the others that my Kouetsu has dealt with."
The man pointed his sword to the piles of corpses of Imperial Soldiers on the ground as the two made sure to not take their eyes off the swordsman as he introduced himself proudly, "You know its rude to not introduce each other. It's a custom in Wakoku the name is Master swordsman Izou."
The man now identified as Izou introduced himself to them as they grip their weapons tighter preparing for a fight but not before their nerves calmed down hearing the General Nouken along with his Teigu [Extase], "Hmph! To think that fool Bill would send kids to do a man's job. You named Izou I am General Nouken of the Imperial Army! As we finished introducing each other I will be your opponent next prepare to die a manly death!"
As he brought out his [Extase] at the ready he then orders Kurome and Natala with a side glance along with a scoff ordering them to go elsewhere, "Tch. As for you girl and boy I suggest leaving this Master swordsman to me. It's a man's job to do this go around assisting the other Imperial Soldiers! That's an order!"
The two nodded as the two men stared each other down as they prepare to fight each other down studying which one would go first…
