Chapter 10: Another Jedi
Rey looks at the person that's sitting in front of her as the empress asks the guard to leave her alone with Rey.
"Do you knew who I am?" Ziyla asks Rey standing up from her chair.
"Let me guess, you're my mother?" Rey ready to pull her lightsaber.
"Not quite, even if it is true. Will you believe it?" She asks her
"Never, I'm no child of a dictator" she pulls her lightsaber, "and a sith"
Ziyla sighs and looks at Rey. Rey jumps forward and attacks her from the front. Ziyla easily holds Rey's hand away by raising her hand. "If you able to force me to pull my lightsaber, then I will accept you as my apprentice"
Rey tries to hit her a couple of times but to no avail as Ziyla jumps around the room and avoids any hit and deflects Rey back a couple of times. even at the time Ziyla even controlled Rey's attack to not make any damage to the room's interior. Afterward, she pushed Rey to the wall and into the corner.
"Why would I want to be your apprentice?!" She tries to rise up as she is hardly standing.
"Because you wish for the truth" she pulls out a Holocron
"Is that.. a Holocron? But it's red.." she looks at it.
"It is the sith Holocron" ziyla walks closer to Rey. "When the sith and Jedi Holocron unite then you will know the truth. Everything you want to know, who you are and where you are from?"
"So you mean I need you to discover the truth?!" Rey said to her while Ziyla put the Holocron back from where she took it.
"No, what we need is a new Jedi '' said Ziyla who gave her hand for Rey to reach. She knows what all of this meant as she grabs Ziyla hand.
Back on Ahch-to, Kylo landed in front of the Temple, pulled his lightsaber on, and said "I'm gonna finish what I started" when he reached the temple he couldn't find anyone. "Where are they?... Where are they?!" he swings around and starts to destroy and scratch everything in it and what he could see. He walks out of it looking angry with his lightsaber on his right. Then somebody appears and stands in front of him.
"What you seek is not here," he says while walking down around Kylo. This hooded figure didn't show his face yet.
"Who are you?" Kylo ask him
"A Jedi" he says to him
"Your master Luke Padawan?" Kylo asks while looking at the figure aggressively
"He's Not the only Jedi that survives," the figure says
"Either way, you will die," Kylo says pinching his eyes and goes for the attack
Suddenly someone stepped in between them and shielded the figure with a lightsaber. A Mandalorian, with pink and orange paint and a crest on her shoulder and chest armor. She manages to push Kylo back making him say, "a lightsaber? In the hand of a Mandalorian?".
"I am a Mandalorian Jedi after all, and I'm not the first and surely will not be the last," she says with her left hand at the front making two-finger gunpoint hand, while the right is holding the lightsaber after she moves it around a little.
"Salyna, remember, do not underestimate your opponent." the figure says to her
"Yes, master.." but before she could finish Kylo attacked her without hesitation. Salyna manages to shield herself with her left-hand guard armor of Beskar. She starts to swing under making Kylo back and make a full turn around to attack her right while she changes to stand and shields her right. "So you're Kylo Ren?" she said to him while moving toward an attack, Kylo shields himself without saying anything. She pushed him back with the force and shot her Whistling Birds, Kylo tried to deflect all of them but one of them hit him on the back of his knee. He falls to his knee and tries to hold himself from screaming.
"Is this really what Kylo Ren can do? Or should I call you Mheirn Palpatine '' she walks closer to him who starts opening his helmet. "Don't ever say that name...Don't you ever say that name!!" Kylo quickly standing up and tries to hit Salyna from upward
"Salyna!! Go back!!" the figure says to her.
" I can't " as she was occupied with a wild attack from Kylo Ren and at the last moment Kylo targeted her neck and almost did a Jango Fett kill toward Salyna, but the hooded figure aided her. He jumps and shields her with his lightsaber and pushes him back.
"I'm sorry master, I…"
"Yes, you need lots to learn" the master attacked Kylo fastly and Kylo only could defend himself. He walks back step by step even though Kylo tries so hard to attack back at the person. Then he unarmed Kylo with ease as his lightsaber fell in front of the master and the master crushed it with his feet. "Surrender now son, we do not want to harm you," he said to him.
"Who are you?" Kylo asks while looking up at him
The figure that was called master opened his hood and showed his face. A tall person with blue-grey hair and a thin beard. "My name is Ezra Bridger, a Jedi Knight," he said to him while pointing his lightsaber at him.
"But you forget something, Ezra Bridger, I'm a sith" Kylo makes a choking hand and Salyna screams and choke could be heard while she tries to breathe even take off her helmet. Ezra didn't move, he took a breath and pulled his lightsaber slowly. While he tries to put it on the ground he points the guard of the sword toward Kylo. Without hesitation, he shoots Kylo with a stun and drops Salyna to the ground. Kylo is stunned and Unconscious while Ezra turns around to see if Salyna is alright. "Can you do that sooner? Thou later on" as she coughs and stands up picking her helmet.
"Hey, you're the one asking for actions and by the way, Salyna Wren, I told you to back down and do not underestimate your opponent. It is my job to ensure your safety while you're still in training," he said to her while walking toward her.
"Well you did that part ok right?" she said to him
"Alright let's get him back to the Ghost 3.0, " he said to her
"I wonder what happened to the original second Ghost?"
"That is the thing I do not want to talk about, lets goes back to Concordia quickly," Ezra said to her.
