Chapter 267: plan to invite Jane

After escorting Casey to the room, Nathan moved to sit back and relax in the living room. he never left his fiancé alone remembering Leonardo who almost raped her, so he would stay there.

"Hello, Mike. Where are you?" asked Nathan while connecting with Mike on the WhatsApp phone.

"I... I'm at the apartment," Mike replied, sounding nervous.

"Is that true?" Nathan frowned. "What are you doing there? Didn't you agree to stay here?"

"Eh... Yes...I did decide to stay there but tonight I want to focus on work because last night I didn't finish my work," explained Mike.

Nathan was silent while rubbing his slightly hairy chin. "What project are you working on?"

"Eh.... this is not a big project but I have to be very concentrated because I don't want to disappoint daddy if this project fails."

"I heard you just met a girl from Switzerland... Who is she?" Nathan asked without further ado.
