In a gigantic speed Faraam decapitated the man, making his body join Roldan, with another lightning in his hand erased the man's body from the world…

Going to Gael's body, the adventurer placed a cloth again over the old man's body and lifted it in his arms…

Faraam- Time to go back to Kian and leave this cursed land behind.

Currently

In Kian more specifically in the throne room of the royal castle of the country's capital, there are three kings sitting around a table … they all had complicated expressions on their faces …

Gilgamesh wondered if it was still feasible to involve his people in this war, as Escanor just wanted to enjoy his time with Merlin and keep close to the woman…. and Arthuria was just wondering why Faraam teleported them here…

Arthuria had a small dragon sleeping on her legs and she caressed the mythical creature while waiting…

In the middle of the hall a flash of golden light appeared and seconds later revealed the adventurer who was carrying in his lap something that was covered by a cloth…

Gilgamesh- You've finally come back... I want to know why you used teleportation magic on me you worm-

The man was about to finish his speech until he noticed a deadly gaze falling on him, Faraam had a heavy aura around him and Gilgamesh could feel it, thinking it wiser to keep silent...

Escanor- What are you bringing with you?

Faraam lifted his gaze from the ground and looked Escanor in the eye and with a quick flick of his hand revealed Gael's lifeless body…

Escanor could not believe his eyes … his master and guardian was dead …

Escanor- SHIT … AAAA ..... I'M GOING TO KILL WHOM DID THIS

The man shed some tears, but they evaporated instantly with the heat of the powerful aura that the king imitated...

Faraam- I've already dealt with this matter… I hope your highness focuses on eliminating the horde once and for all…

Escanor hearing this calmed down a little, which relieved the monarchs present in the room…

With care, Faraam placed the old man's body on the floor of the large room where he was...

Arthuria walked to Faraam's side as the little dragon landed on the man's shoulder…

Arthuria- What happened while we were away from the battlefield?

Faraam- … Some guy calling himself the fourth general attacked … he was the one who killed Mr. Gael …

Escanor- … I swear here and now in this room … when I meet the Demon King … I WILL BREAK HIS NECK MYSELF …

Faraam- 'And I will watch…'

Escanor- Tell me how he died…

Faraam looked at Escanor and gave the man a small smile.

Faraam- Fighting like the warrior he was…

Faraam- ' and almost killed me …'

Escanor- …thank you for … having brought his body … and the army that accompanied him … and the army that was then what happened to them?

Faraam- All dead … most were turned into demons, but I ended their suffering ….

Arthuria- … if this war continues like this we are lost … in just three days we have lost close to a million soldiers …

Gilgamesh- And Azeroth was destroyed… one of the most powerful countries… disappeared….

Faraam- We will have to root out evil…

Sommelier- …

Arthuria- … we will have another meeting later now we have to give this sad news to our kingdoms ….

Faraam- …

The doors of the hall were opened and a small child ran through them with a small smile…

Usan- Ms. Ariandel please don't go there…

Faraam froze at that moment as did everyone else… the child ran happily until she started to slow down and her face changed from one full of joy and hope to one of despair and sadness…

The child ran to Faraam's side and saw Gael's body…

Ariandel- W-what… h-happened?

Asked the child as several tears ran down her face, she looked around waiting for an answer, but it never came…

Without waiting another second Ariandel ran out of the room… Faraam finally reacted and was going to follow suit, but Arthuria grabbed the man by the arm…

Arthuria- You better give her some time...

Faraam- What-

Arthuria- When I was her age I had also lost someone important so I know how it hurts… the best thing is for her to have time to think…

Faraam- 'SHIT'

Three Days Later

The entire kingdom of Kian was in mourning and to honor the dead in this war a monument was erected in front of a gigantic tree which crosses the sky, it was also in this place that Gael was buried with his sword which was embedded in the tomb of the old man …

The crowd is dissipating after several hours of mourning leaving only Faraam and his dragon in place…

The adventurer was with a gigantic anger inside him and this was reflected in the climate of the place, but instead of thunder and rain snow fell from the sky maybe this was because the man was slightly sad … after all it was the first time that Faraam lost someone so close to him … and one thing he could say … it hurt …. Immense

Placing one of his hands on Gael Faraam's tombstone, he gave a last smile on the spot…

Faraam- Hope you rest in peace … old man …

But now looking forward he was intrigued by the monumental tree that was present in the place.

Faraam- [Eye of Ashel]

Status

Name: Arch-Tree

Lore: One of the twelve Arch-Trees that inhabit this great continent … it is said that these trees have always existed which may or may not be true … these trees are responsible for combating the spread of the Abyss with the help of the dragons that are born from them , in exchange for the dragons to eat the abyss, the trees purify these beings so as not to fall into the hands of the Abyss… thus the Arch-Trees are one of the only lines of defense against the Abyss…

Faraam- So dragons are born here… it makes sense…

System- ' No... it makes no sense player '

Faraam- hmmm… Time to go back…

Giving one last goodbye Faraam disappeared into the spot and was now in front of a small door.

Opening the door slightly behind it revealed a small room with several paint stains and a large picture that was lit by a round window, in front of the picture a white-haired child was painting it slowly…

Faraam walked to Ariandel's side and just enjoyed the child's work until she stopped what she was doing and got up from her stool…

Ariandel hadn't even noticed Faraam until this moment, but when she saw the man she collapsed and began to cry…

Faraam, not knowing what to do, hugged Ariandel which made the child calm down a little...

Ariandel- Lord Faraam …

Faraam- …what is it?

Ariandel- Please promise me you'll come back safely whenever you go on a mission?

Faraam smiled at the question…

Faraam- Of course… I promise

Ariandel- and… can I… can I call you… father?

Faraam- Of course you do…

System- 'Looks like someone is officially a father... hahaha'

Faraam- 'Go to hell devil '

Next to the door was Arthuria who was looking with a smile at the two who were holding together in an embrace, the noble queen decided not to interfere at this moment between father and daughter...
