After trying to get used to his new abilities, Billy started to realize that he had pretty much left the human realm when it came to power behind. While ignoring those powers was impossible because he needed to prepare for the future. He felt that he needed to put some restrictions on them. Otherwise, he will start to use their left and right and affect the world drastically.

"I won against Zenis without using those skills, and I can't forget that they were originally Uvish's…" Billy thought. "Perhaps using them only now and then is the best I can do."
