The cyclone hadn't disappeared, but it was losing power. Billy didn't know if it was due to his attacks or the fact that the monster was using some kind of Electric armor. Either way, soon, the others would arrive, but he needed to put the beast down before it could happen. Otherwise, the plan would have to be changed and there were few things that were worse than that when facing that kind of enemy.
