Chapter 15: Travelling for the riches.Getting a new ring
After 15 more days of travel with me protecting the group now and then,we were finally abe to exit the forest,since i can now be stronger without putting myself in constant danger,i will be doing just that.
the guys from imperial academy were more amicable this time since i didn't beat em up anymore,the girl also made small talk with me,during this time, they also found out i wasnt actually a titled douluo,lol,there expression were priceless,though they didn't get angry and literally begged me to join their academy and provided some pretty lucrative rewards,i told them i would think about it.
I made a new friend this time and her name was Quo Rin.
I feel like the name was a mix of Japanese and Chinese but didn't put it to mind.
After that i decided to travel different paces and used the Book spirit very abusively to amass some stuff.
Like getting the location of many spirit herbs that were considered extinct or were rare, as well as some metals and other things.
This way i would strengthen myself in my dreams using the combination of both pages while in the day i would travel the world and amass wealth and many spiritual herbs that can help me build strength.
Like that i kept at it for some time and before i knew it,a while year passed ,i reached rank 40 long ago but decided against getting a ring and kept ingesting various rings according to the books instruction and became physically as strong as a spirit saint. while my spirit power was as dense as a spirit emperor now and i wasn't able to condense anymore then that no matter what i did, which means now is the right time to get a spirit ring,hehe
i should be able to get at least a 50,000 year old spirit ring with ease,how i know that is because i fought a beast with that age in the combat page and i won with a few serious injuries.
i decided to get myself a beast that had draconic element this time,because its cool,or maybe a tiger...or maybe a deep sea whale.
I made way for the spirit forest and the book started humming and led me to the location of a 50,000 year old Draconic flying thunder serpent
I knew that if i let the draconic beast get the airnborne advantage i will be screwed,so i did the next best thing, the thing i did in the combat page after countless hours of fighting this same beast.
I summoned my serpent spear and started injecting it with my second spirit skill,but thsi time i was strong as hell ,the so called blood blossom ,my self made skill.
Once i felt the amount was enough,i summoned my third spirit skill and handed it the spear and then summoned another spear and made one more bloodblossom,this spear was also handed to the other shadown hand
I had half my spirit power left,so i used the first spirit skill again and made another blood blossom,but this was kept on my hands.
I can't make countless spears,it depends on how many hands i have and the power of the spear depends on the amount of spirit power given to make it, For some reason,the pair ofshadow hands can be equipped with a spear each.
I slowly made my way towards the spirit beast,once i was within range i used the spirit bone skill to hold it in place,i know for a fact that it will break free within 3 seconds, with somic speed i arrived before it and delivered a spiritual attack so that its stops resisting comepletely and doesn't use its ability.Then i plunged a spear through its body,
Just to be safe the other shadow hands also pierced the beast with the spears,making it into a skewered kebab.the beast finally issued a cry of pain and tried fly away ,afraid for its life.
Its attitude almost made me question if it really had a draconic attribute.i used the shadow hand to grab its wings,tearing them off its body.tjose shiny red wings fell off rather easily due to the corroding effect of the shadow hands .
In mere moments i had taken care of beast that could give most spirit saints a run for their money,at the cost of more then half my spirit power and the element of surprise.
'Take that bitch,who's the one dead now' i guess i really did wanna settle the grudge after being killed three times by this bastard in the combat age.
Though at this time of victory, my book did something that made me question many things in life.
It hovered over the ring and started suckimg on the tasty black aura.
the book sucked away 10,000 years of ciltivation off of the ring before it stopped. although i wanted to get angry,but it was not the time.
Many strong beasts will be attracted and i need to act fast.
i took the ring and made a run for it at my top speed, after 40 minutes i was in my hideout and started absorbing the ring.
Just like with the other rings,my book took care of the soul shock and kept it in place,while i absorbed the ring.
After two hours i was back,my body issued crackling sounds as i stood up.

Description:Allows the user to summon thunder shaped dragons that charge forward on command.
i was very surprised by the new skill,i quickly stood up and tried it,the effect was astonishing,like always my skill was a constant skill,which means its as strong as the spirit power provide.
I put it five percent of my power into the skill,it took me three seconds and a huge thunder sound was heard as a big ass dragon roared and charged forward at the big tree ,a bright flash later,there was not tree left ,though the dragon also disappeared .
it looks like it can follow only one command but the destructive power more then makes up for it,and i can make two at one time.
Once i was done with the spirit skill,i got back to the other anomaly on the status page.
The external spirit bone, something i hadn't heard of ,thats when the book delivered knowledge about this to me making me amazed.
So these typed of spirit bones also exist.
I felt the changes in my body,and found a tattoo of draconic wings on my back.
When i supplied a bit of my spirit power.A beautiful pair of scaled wings spread out,they were two meters in length and had sharp claw like feature as well.
'So how do i use this skill,i know i can fly now but what is this skill.

Description: The user is able to decrease the damage dealt by ranged attacks by 30 percent,decrease defense and physical prowess by 30 percent, can increase the damage of fourth spirit ring by 10 percent.your flight is accompanied by the power of thunder,increase flight speed.
I immediately took to the flies with a flap of my wings,with a thought the scaly wings lit up with lightning and my speed increased four times.this was atleast 4 times my running speed and the fact that i was flying was cool as hell.
soon enough i lost my balance, and fell straight into a big ass tree spirit,
'i really need to learn to fly better'
Now i can always fly away if i need to retreat. live to fight another day.I went back to the death place of the spirit beast and took its body with me.
After i was done with everything else i decided ro see what page the book unlocked this time

I started hyperventilating thinking about how over powered this was ,until the book told me about some knowledge from the future.
it seems a man in the future will be able to develop this technology for everyone,he is also responsible for the production of spirit souls,artifical ones are an indirect product.
I think what i will be spending the rest of time doing. (A/N: currently Tang San is in the 7nth month of fourth term and goes to shrek at the end kf sixth term after graduation, honestly don't know why he wasted so much of his time at that place.)
