On a Travel
I am currently on a travel to the Icebound forest,apparently beating up a lot of the ten thousand year old beast will cause all of them to go on a manhunt for you,so i had to tuck my tail between my legs and make a run for it ,its been a total of six months,seven if i include the month when i got my third ring
i have become rank 37 since then.
It will take me some time to reach the place as its on the northernmost side of the heaven dou empire.
While on the journey i have been constantly using my spiritual power and spirit power,to learn to control them better and its going smoothly,the book told me the best way to increase my power would be to go to the ocean areas and train under the water currents,plus the deeper you go,the more rich the spirit energy gets so cultivation is faster.
The book didn't show me anyway to activate my bloodline or anything,so the only choice is to form a bloodline core ,another piece of knowledge i got from the book.but that will have to wait until i compress and increase the quality of my spirit power and physique.
The page of knowledge is a real godsend for me,since i am now able to have a one way talk channel with the book
As i was busy consolidating my power ,i heard some shouts and decided to come out of the carriage i was in and see what the problem was.
"Sir,you should stay inside,its just some road badits" i heard the driver say,but decided to ignore.
I used my spiritual sense and sensed the presence of spirit masters,Seven to be exact,in the spirit Elder rank no less.
"How is it just some spirit masters bandits,they are all in spirit Elder rank" i said to the Driver,who grew pale upon realization.
Though i am pretty sure the driver can still handle the situation,We also came with guards,a total of seventeen,plus there are some spirit masters among the passangers,What! you thought i had a carriage all to myself,haha nope.
Its a pretty popular caravan group among people who want to travel a large distance, so a lot of people book a carriage or joint carriages to go for journey,and i am one of them,i coid probably go alone and reach their in half the time but i wanna enjoy the travel for once.Not like there is some God out their ready to kill me once he notices my presence or something.
...hope i didn't any flags...
As i went back inside the carriage i heard very shrill screams coming.
'Ehh..why are the guards fighting among themselves' i got out of the carriage and saw the driver panicking,in the front ,the guards protecting the caravan started going bonkers and fighting amongst themselves.
"Run away,the guards have been turned against each other by the bandits spirit skill"
'Wow...just wow'
i decided it would be better to go out and solve the problem before the caravan was abandoned and i might have to go alone for the rest of the journey
"Haha,these guards of yours are so stupid,even when i told them ,they still had to go ahead and attack me"
A Guy with a scarf covering his face was holding some one by the throat ,while the guards were fighting among themselves, i decided to try my 3rd skill and two dark block arms shot out of the book towards the bandits,One hand was 6 meters big and esily swept away the four bandits while the other hand was much small and easily smacked the scarf wearing guy who was the cause of all this,this caused the man to let go of the hostage and dodge,which he was able to do easily,since i know myself that these hands are surprisingly fast
The other two bandits ran at me while activating their abilities.
Though a swipe of my hand and they had to dodge and defend against a barrage of ice spikes
"Who are you,get out of our business " the guy looked like seventeen or 18 years old and was already a spirit Elder,kind of a genius,wonder what he was doing as a bandit....shady
"Your business,bitch i am a passanger" i said as i looked at him in the eye
"We dont want anything with you,this guy has something that we need so get out of my way before you are involved in this " he says to me one final time and summons his martial spirit,which is a spirit fox.
"Nope"
"You give me no choice,spirit skill:Madmans rage"
A bright red pulse spreads from the martial spirit,i feel it attacking my spiritual sea...i use a bit of force,completely eradicating the attack.
The guy starts trmebling and spitting out a mouthful of blood,looks at me with his pale blue eyes that are now bloodshot and shouts
"Impossible..you are just a puny spirit Drandmaster" before buckling over and falling unconscious
"A puny Grandmaster that forced your whole band back in a single attack and made you go blank" i say
the other come out of theur stupor and surround me from all sides.gving your enemy the first strike is a good move so i summon teh two arms both 6 meters big and launch at them.causing half of them to be hit and start screaming,looks like the corroding effect is really fast.
the other quickly dodge the attack,they must be agility type spirit masters to be able to dodge the attack.using some kind of spirit skill
I thought they might come at me again,but was surprised when they looked at each other and nodded before they picked up their fallen comrades and decided to run.
Now i wasn't so naive to just let them go so i decided to do the next best thing, releasing my spiritual power i suppressed them, forcing them to their knees.
"Where do you think you guys are going" i look at them with a huge grin,i am pretty sure i gave them a scare,mental attacks are the most difficult to deal with.
It must feel really bad to a dealt by your own medicine.
