Chapter 17: Seventeen

Ash sat at her counter counting the money she had earned so far.

“Two-hundred and sixty thousand and one hundred lyros. Not bad.” She said to herself.

The door to the shop opened and she put the money back in the brass cash register and addressed her new customer. “Welcome to Black’s Treasures, is there anything I can help you with?”

At the door was a woman wearing a silken black dress with long sleeves. She was fairly tall and slender with light brown skin and dark brown hair that fell in loose waves to the small of her back. She turned towards Ash revealing a heart shaped face and plump lips that had dark purple lipstick on them. Her flesh toned prosthetic face covering her nose and forehead only letting her violet eyes shine through. She regarded Ash with a small smile.

“I heard that you sell a wide array of different colored gems.” The woman stated. She had a thin Lonisterian accent, and a gentle voice.
