Chapter 171: Inadu
Ryuu was sitting underneath the Grimoire and waiting for its completion. He didn't leave the Grimoire side for three days.
Suddenly the smoke around the book dimmed and it start to come down. Ryuu quickly catches it. After that, the book closed itself.
Ryuu smiled and said, "Inadu will love this."
When he saw the Bighorn coming. He looks back with a smile. But it stop when he saw the bighorn is alone.
It quickly comes to him and bite his pant and pull him. Seeing this Ryuu heart skipped a beat. He had a bad premonition.
So he asked "what happened bighorn? Where is Inadu?" But it only pulls his pant. Ryuu quickly put the book inside his ring and followed the deer.
He notices that it is going outside his place. This time he didn't hesitate and left the place.
He look back and saw Behind him the jungle started to vanish. He also saw the five trees also start to disappear. But he didn't care anymore only follow the deer.
Ryuu then runs behind the deer and continue to follow him.
He arrived at one side of the jungle and saw many people standing there. There are around a hundred of them.
He then saw a big blue ball of light divided into 8 and enter into 8 people.
From the place where the light comes from he saw a girl lying there.
His heartbeat loudly. He starts to walk to the girl with heavy steps. The more steps he takes the heavier his step becomes.
The night sky became darker. The wind started to blow faster. Everyone there starts to feel like their heart is gripped by someone.
They also noticed a boy coming towards them. He is wearing strange cloth has red hair.
He continue to look at the girl's body on the ground. He didn't even glance at them a single time.
Ryuu walks in front of the girl. He looks at her and recognises her. *thud* he kneeled on his knee and touch the girls face as he said "Inadu."
~Flashback~
After coming back from Ryuus place inadu went to her house.
She is happy that she can finally learn lots of magic. But what makes her happier is that She and Ryuu kiss.
She touched her lips and smiled. She like Ryuu from the moment she has seen Ryuu. And as time pass her like turned into love.
Her mother seeing her smiling herself ask "did something good happen?"
Inadu get out of her dream and said "no. Nothing"
Her mother smile. She is her mother, of course, she understands a little.
~scene change~
Like always Inadu comes out with her basket to collect vegetables and also meet Ryuu.
But today something unexpected happened. She meets her cousin on her way. She saw that he is drunk.
"Cousin, come company me." Said her cousin. Inadu look at him in disgust as she replied "sorry, I have work to do."
As they were not far many noticed this. Seeing the look of bystanders the dock became angry. So in his rage, he decides to force Inadu.
But to Inadu he is like a chick. So she use her magic and send him flying. Everyone laugh.
But what she didn't notice is that a sharp tree branch where the dock heat. And it penetrates his neck from back.
Everyone stop laughing. Those weak wild girls shouted. Inadu also looks at this stupidly. She stood in her track without moving.
~scene change~
"Chief, you cannot let her go. Today she killed her cousin, tomorrow she can kill all of us." Said an old looking goat.
Another woman come and said "yes, her magic power is too much for her to control. We don't have any other option."
Chief nodded his head. He also knows that her power is too much. And if continues to grow, their tribe will be harmed either by her or their greedy enemy.
"Okay, we will do as you suggest." Said the chief.
~scene change~
Inadu is sitting inside a prison. She is tied to a pul. Suddenly the prison door open and her mother come inside.
She start to untie her and said "run from here. Don't ever come back."
Inadu ask "why mother? I just defended myself. And it was an accident."
Her mother continue to untie her as she said "yes, but people with bad motives will always use this against you. They are afraid of your power."
Inadu then ask "what did father say?" As her father is the chieftain.
Her mother look at her and said "he is a power-hungry man. He won't do anything that stands in his power and authority."
She then unties her completely and pulls Inadu as she starts to out.
~scene change~
"Chief, inadu escapees from here." Shouted someone from the prison.
Someone shouted back "what? Quickly find her."
~scene change~
"Come here we saw something." Someone shouted as he is holding a a fire torch in his hand.
