Chapter no.78 Confrontation with the Supreme Ashura
[ POV Change ]
[ Devil's Forest - Underground Palace ]
Lin Lingtian gazed at the black lotus platform as his soul was bombarded with emotions of madness and chaos , if a normal person stood before this thing then they would have instantly gone mad and served this thing like it is more precious than their lives .
Lin Lingtian was reminded of Gollum from the Hobbit series when he looked at the black lotus but to his soul these emotions were like a speck of dust in the vast universe as he remained completely fine and unfazed .
Suddenly as Lin Lingtian began to form an attack to destroy this black lotus , a high pitched ring emitted out of it .
In the next moment, monstrous demonic soul force ... no , it couldn't be called soul force as the power of this demonic energy was completely opposite to soul force ....suddenly surged out, tearing apart the golden light that enveloped it and breaking through the auspicious soul force that filled the sky.
Dark clouds rumbled as they covered the
surrounding area.
In the next moment, a large amount of strange energy gathered towards the headless body of Zhu Long , even forming an inverted vortex.
As the foreign energy poured into it's body, a shocking change began to happen.
His figure rose, and his bones swelled. Two spiral horns grew on his head, and the flesh on his back swelled up. Then, four new arms broke through the flesh.
On his forehead, two cracks opened strangely. The cracks wriggled twice before opening, revealing a pair of pure black eyeballs.
Lin Lingtian could immediately see through it as he knew something was controlling Zhu Long's corpse like a puppet .
" Ning'er , Yan ! "
In response to Lin Lingtian's call , Xiao Ning'er and Yu Yan nodded as they both rushed at Zhu Long who power had grown to a 7 Heavenly Star Rank .

Zhu Long gathered the power of madness in his palms as it fired beams of crimson energy towards Xiao Ning'er and Yu Yan who tried to dodge but the energies suddenly curved and like a heat seeking missile followed after Xiao Ning'er and Yu Yan .
This increase of power and control over the power of madness showed that this was not Zhu Long at all .
Two of the four hands charged a crimson beam at Lin Lingtian who had taken off his blindfold and was gazing at the black lotus with his nebula like eyes .
Before the crimson beams could even hit Lin Lingtian , space bent around him as Tempest redirected the beams of Chaos above Zhu Long's head .
Zhu Long tried to dodge but suddenly to it's surprise Xiao Ning'er appeared in a flash and with all her might combined swung her fist at it .
Zhu Long couldn't dodge as it's body was hurled towards the redirected beams of Chaos .
While this was happening , Lin Lingtian had figured out a way to close this portal to the World of Ashura .
Sitting in a lotus position , Lin Lingtian projected his astral form and rushed towards the black lotus as his astral projection slipped through the cracks in space and time .
In between the pathway of the two worlds , Lin Lingtian saw an empty black void as he channeled the Law of Earth in his hands to form miniature black holes as he dumped those black holes inside the wormhole.
Lin Lingtian knew to cut off the connection between the two worlds he had to disturb the pathway from within hence why he was dumping black holes into it .

In the moment of a few breaths , Lingtian's astral projection slipped through the cracks in space and time as he was inside the World of Ashura , the World of Madness .
Lin Lingtian looked around as saw the world was enveloped in some kind of bloody mist that exuded the emotions of madness , greed , lust , pride e.t.c. It was suffocating to even breath in this world .
Suddenly Lin Lingtian's astral form felt a power so vast that he couldn't even believe it as his entire body was completely suppressed.
looking up , Lin Lingtian couldn't believe a giant with 6 arms , devil like horns with a greyish black skin tone was floating mid air exuding a power much much greater then Lin Lingtian thought was possible . Every breath it took , shifted the world itself .

Lin Lingtian's eyes widened as he saw the Primordial giant swing his fist at him , space and time itself bent with just a casual swing of it's arms with Lin Lingtian's senses going off like crazy as the hands of death brushed at his neck .Lin Lingtian knew he had to do something but what as all the techniques in his arsenal were composed of soul force which would be nullified in this place . Taking a deep breath Lin Lingtian's mind created a plan to escape from this place , personally he didn't like it but he knew there was no other way out as Lin Lingtian immediately released all the energy inside the star inside his inner world . As the star ran out of nuclear fuel, some of its mass flowed into its core. Eventually, the core got so heavy that it cannot withstand its own gravitational force. The core began to collapse, which resulted in the giant explosion of a supernova.
Yu Yan and Xiao Ning'er were immediately teleported by tempest as the entire devil's forest was enveloped by a bright light and heat .
Like a star had been born or rather died in that place , the heat had completely disintegrated the entire forest .
[ Ashura World ]
Lin Lingtian's astral projection exploded in a cloak of fire as he raised his hand .
Ancient Runes formed right below Lin Lingtian's fingers as he raised his hand towards the Primordial Giant . The Ancient Runes connected with one another as Lin Lingtian exclaimed .
" Earth Dao Scripture : Square Seal of Earth "
Lin Lingtian pushed the Square Seal of Earth as it began to increase in size .

The Primordial Giant's fist was completely blocked by Lin Lingtian's Square Seal of Earth .
( A.N : Before any of you guys come at me in the comments , remember that Lin Lingtian had exploded a supernova inside his inner world and a supernova releases 10^44 joules of energy and in simple terms Lin Lingtian's power that could easily suppress a Heavenly Fate Rank has temporarily increased 10^44 times )
Lin Lingtian twisted his astral form as he turned into his Wuji Form .

The Primordial Giant narrowed it's gaze at Lin Lingtian as for the first time in it's existence it has confronted a being that has a bloodline must more stronger then it's own .
Lin Lingtian's took a deep breath as he channeled all the raw energy output into his mouth and fired a blinding beam .
The Blinding Beam was made from using space as a base , with Lin Lingtian amplifying Soul Force to such degree that it formed a vacuum . The Ashura World began to fix this vacuum as all matter in the beam's area of effect got pulled together , right infront of the chest of the Primordial Giant .
Lin Lingtian flapped his wings as he disappeared into the cracks in space and time .
With Lin Lingtian's understanding and with his Wuji Bloodline , he easily navigated through a wormhole that had be collapsing due to the influence of thousands of black holes .

[ The Devil's Forest ]
Xiao Ning'er rushed towards Lin Lingtian as he sat in the middle of a crater that was once the devil's forest .
As Lin Lingtian's astral form entered into his body , he couldn't help but lay on his back .

Xiao Ning'er hugged Lin Lingtian as she checked if he had any injuries on him .
Lin Lingtian smiled at Xiao Ning'er and reassured her he was fine .

Suddenly the black Lotus broke into pieces but something was not right .
The petals of the black lotus began to float into a lotus pattern mid air and they began to twist as a portal formed and them got enveloped in a crimson shield .
To make sense of the situation , Lin Lingtian casted Appraisal on the crimson shielded portal.
