Everything happened in a moment, as chaotic as it was and as messy as it was, it ended suddenly. Ray was no longer there. His last smile and the few words he muttered with that torturing smile disappeared and left Flora standing with shock and disbelief in her eyes.

She didn't move an inch, her eyes widely opened while gazing at the place where the door was previously there. Her mind was still incapable of comprehending what just happened.

Even the toughest of people can't simply react to losing their most beloved just like that.

The only sound left amidst this ghastly silence is the sound of blood dripping from Flora's hands. Looking at their state, anyone will frown greatly, holes filled both of her arms and most of them were so deep that bones could be seen. The amount of blood she was losing was alarming and immediate care was needed.
