Chapter 459: The Mark Of DEATH.

The GodSlayer is a very tall white tower with a large crystal sphere at the top. It is in the shape of a cylinder and it also has 10 cylindrical crystal spokes connected horizontally at its base which end in their own smaller spheres. The spokes are not in physical contact with the tower. There is a thin space between the spokes and the tower so the spokes are being held with force instead of a physical attachment. Their connection with the tower makes them capable of rotating around the tower in parallel to the ground.

The GodSlayer was constructed and kept in the mortal realm. The grand gods wanted to keep it hidden so they didn't bring it to the divine plane so that the Celestial Supreme wouldn't discover it. That didn't work out so well and the gods need the GodSlayer now so they brought it up to the divine plane to prepare and use it.
