Chapter 412: I'm Afraid That's Classified

Sylvie was surprised by how complimentary Drake was. He was a very polite person in a distant sort of way but made actual facial expressions that showed how much he liked her food so that proved he wasn't just saying it. 

It made her feel good. Her baking had been pretty much the only thing she ever got complimented on growing up because Savannah was the pretty, talented one. 

She sighed. She didn't want to think about Savannah. Or Jared. 

Being here the past few days had been like a dream but she couldn't put off facing the music forever. She couldn't pretend to be at Chrissy's much longer. She was going to have to see Jared and break up with him but didn't know how she would do that without breaking down in tears and he didn't deserve to see that.
