Chapter 365: They're Very Lucky To Have You

Fletcher did learn a few things about his wife today though. She had never played Mario Kart, which was a very common game, before. He was willing to bet she didn't have much game experience period. When would she have had the chance to play anything with such controlling parents? 

She was also shocked when Marlee wanted a kiss goodnight and said she loved them. She didn't seem to have any experience with affection either because she totally froze. 

That really pissed him off. He hadn't either, at least not from adults, but he had Taylor and Lexi for a good chunk of his life. Had she had anybody at all? 

It continued bothering him when he got back to work. Who loved Sadie? Aside from Marlee and possibly Connor since they attached to anyone who was nice to them and she had been very accommodating to them both. 

To all of his family, really. Even Lexi and Taylor, who were obviously as wary of her as she was of them.
