Chapter 251: Keeping the promise

After he opened the door, Seo-Jun glanced back at Yeon-Ah, gesturing with his eyes for the young woman to follow him.

The latter, however, was still standing in the same place, appearing in a daze. She had witnessed the previous conversation with a palpitating heart. Because of it, she was currently caught between two conflicting feelings. 

First, it was the urge to console Dal-Gi, while also scolding Seo-Jun for being too harsh with her friend. But then, for the shortest moments ever, she allowed herself to believe that Seo-Jun's attitude had something to do with her.

'Is it too much to think that this great person can be jealous of someone else?'

Even though she had these kinds of thoughts running around her mind, Yeon-Ah was still mindful of her friend. Wearing a smile, she vaguely explained the situation to the young man.
