It has been seven years since Leo had taken Kari to the Vampire King. In their thrilling yet bothersome cycle of fighting and almost fucking each other, Scarlett couldn't feel the bond with her master breaking. She was not free from Kari.

The King had yet to kill her. Kari was being tortured while Scarlett continued to grow stronger and gained more supporters. Stronger yet tired of keeping up the façade.
