"I would kindly ask that you refrain from interrupting me while I speak. Things will go quicker that way, don't you think." There was a sharp edge to the headmaster's voice when he admonished the boy for his outburst. I could tell it was all he could do not to snap at him angrily. This entire situation was taking its toll on all ofus.
After another moment passed without interruption, the headmaster continued with his speech.
