Chapter 248: Going Home

**ADDIE'S POV**

Nolan was keeping his word. That was good. Not that I thought that he was lying to me, but I didn't know if this was really going to be happening. I didn't think that Callum or Nolan would want to let me out of the palace, considering all of the things that had happened to me over the last year. Well, almost a year.

My birthday was in half a month. It was approaching so quickly that I didn't even know what to do. Juliana seemed to know though, as I was told that she was planning something special for me.

I was happy to be going home though. Even if it was just for a short visit. I was going to see my old house, my parents, my siblings, my brother's fiancée, Briar, and all of my old friends. There was going to be so much for me to do, and I just couldn't wait to get started.
