Chapter 548: "How did you know he was the one?"

Zi Han followed the smoke after Yi Youxi had ditched him to go get buried, whatever that meant. When he reached the pergola he found four grown men on the grill each with their own T-bone while trash talking.

Zi Han already had some thoughts. Dr Kiet's was beyond charred and Yi Zhen's was charred outside but bloody inside. As for grandpa Lin he seemed to know what he was doing.

The best out of all four was his grandfather's. The man could make an exquisite ice cream cake and a T-bone was like child's play to him.

"There he is. Here have a beer," said grandpa Lin opening a can for him.

Yeoh Jun grabbed his son's shoulder and said, " For your grandpa's sake you need to drink."

Zi Han wanted to refuse and change to something sweet but now that his father had mentioned it he couldn't refuse. He knew this was to get back at him for complying with his grandfather and handing him a spirit cooler.
