Chapter 303: 302

They were quiet, both of them. For a second Philip thought that they were going back to their room, to rest because Kai needed it the most. 

They did not follow the route he expected though. Actually they headed outside the palace, finding themselves in the front gate and then circling the majestic gothic building with the tall towers to reach the back. 

Philip had never been there, he had never seen that place before that seemed to be hidden from intruders by a tall wooden fence. 

The vampire stood in front of it and with a simple motion of his hand a wooden door creaked open, one that wasn't there before. Kai stepped in without saying a word and Philip followed, his eyes scanning the small space. It was some sort of a greenhouse and the werewolf wondered how he didn't notice the tall, octagonal roof made by clear glass  with a golden delicate frame. Kai magically opened another door, this time allowing them to step inside.
