Miraak returns to Solstheim and quickly jumps off of his dragon, landing before Louise and Joseph.
"By the blood covering your robes, I'm assuming the enemy isn't dead... My lord." Joseph remarks as Miraak pushes past them.
"No. They are far more powerful than I anticipated," he states, but despite his grim words he was actually grinning under his mask, excited at the prospect of a grand battle since Alduin had already been defeated.
"Should I destroy them?" Louise questions while gripping her wand tightly.
Miraak shakes his head, "Not yet. I still wish to fight," he clasps his right hand and allows his Gandalfr runes to glow. "Are the men ready?"
Joseph nods, "Ravenrock has been fortified and fully manned. No one can approach without suffering severe damage."
"Good. Let them come and meet their death. Let the new world be born in blood."
-----------------------------------
"That's a lot of men... I thought the port was supposed to be open?" Ralof utters as the ship sails closer to Ravenrock.
"They knew an assault was coming, only a fool wouldn't prepare for it." Surtr states and eyes the walls which had many men atop them. Particularly, he was wary of the people in robes wielding wands, staves, and staffs.
"Snake! Fire those arrows and eliminate the mages!" Surtr orders Medusa who scowls at him in response.
"I thought you were the powerful 'Dragonborn', why would someone like you need me, an old crippled woman to do your job for you?" she scathingly questions.
"Cripple? Hardly! As for me? I must save my strength to face Miraak. He has millennia of training compared to my couple years." he retorts.
"Have one of your lapdogs do it then."
"There are none with your capabilities."
Medusa snorts in disdain, "I recall a saying, 'A kings people reflects himself'... What does it mean for all your subordinates to be worthless chaff then?"
"Will you not obey the word of your King?" Surtr asks with gritted teeth, finding this to be a common problem with the people Winterhold...
"I serve only myself." she states before turning and slithering away.
"Damned creature of Oblivion!" Surtr angrily growls and looks toward Ravenrock. "I will do it myself then... STRUN BAH QO!" he shouts, summoning a similar but less powerful storm that Miraak had in the earlier battle... Unfortunately, Miraak responds from the city by using the Clear Skies Shout up at the clouds, easily dispersing the storm.
Surtr was about to start shouting curses in Dragontongue at the city and lose his temper but Kunkka appears from behind and places a hand on his shoulder. "Stop, I will deal with it.
"... How? Miraak will obstruct anything you could do!"
The Admiral shows a toothy smile and draws Tidebringer. "Allow me to show you... Sputter and drown! Let the sea swallow you!" he shouts while resting a foot up on the raised area of the bow, pointing Tidebringer into the sky before bringing it down towards the city.
The ship shudders as a huge amount of water is gathered from beneath them causing the ship to sway. After a few moments of tense silence, the sea writhes with power, and a huge tidal wave appears with a roar in front of them. Its terrifying power streamed towards the fortified city much to the horror of those on the walls.
It towered at around thirty meters tall, not as high as the new walls surrounding Ravenrock, but certainly enough to crash through them. If that wasn't enough, Kunkka's Ghost Ship had hitched a ride directly atop it and was already firing its cannons towards the baffled city.
Ravenrock's mages immediately start trying to create countermeasures, but none of them, not even Miraak had expected a natural disaster like this. Worse, he didn't have any shouts that could realistically put a stop to it. Unrelenting Force may lower its damage slightly, but you couldn't halt a tsunami by punching it...
"GET DOWN!" Joseph roars from a wall, prompting most men to abandon their positions and retreat to the old walls that were higher and more durable, that or run towards the centre of the island where the water would be hard pressed to reach them.
"EXPLODE!" a voice only familiar to Charlotte shouts from the city and echoes around the area, announcing the arrival of a huge flash of blinding light that erupts in front of the wave and Ghost Ship.
*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!*
"WHAT IS OBLIVION'S NAME IS THAT!?" Surtr shouts, his eardrums almost bursting from the attack they just used... It was even more powerful than those explosions that friend of Michael's used in the battle to reach Alduin.
"Grab on to your hats lads!" Kunkka shouts, the initial shockwave of the explosion had knocked almost everyone over and even upturned a few of the more damaged ships. But incoming now was the secondary wave, his tsunami had basically been reflected at them and was now headed directly for them.
Kunkka tries to lower its strength but he'd tired himself pretty direly with his attack earlier, leaving them to face the wave face-on.
*CRAAAAAAAAASSSSSSHHHH!!!*
It hits the navy, and almost a quarter of all boats are immediately turned on their sides, the others just becoming completely flooded or damaged, beginning to take on a lot of water.
"BLOODY BARKEEP! GRAB THE BUCKETS! WE'LL BE BUYING DRINKS FOR THE SEA TONIGHT LADS!" Kunkka exclaims as he starts getting to work on keeping the navy afloat. Most civilian boats were completely gone already with almost no one surviving, their armour too heavy to swim in. The Dunmer boats were doing slightly better, but not by much...
"I'LL ASK AGAIN, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IN OBLIVION THAT WAS!?" Surtr shouts again for an answer, he looks towards Rubick but just finds the Grand Magus staring in awe at the impact sight, his glowing green eyes blinking with rapt attention.

Illococoo and Charlotte quickly lower themselves to Kunkka's Man O' War as Surtr begins ranting about incompetent subordinates, gods, and everything else under the sun... The still hobbit-like blunette hops off of her dragon and steps into the path of the raging Surtr. "I know." she quietly states, promptly slowing the maddened High King.
"W-what did you say?! If know something then say it now, girl!"
Charlotte points a dainty finger over to where the explosion had occurred, "A Void Mage..."
"Void... Mage...?" Surtr parrots, not having a clue what she was on about. She made it sound like being a 'Void Mage' was a big deal or something, yet he'd never heard of it before. He looks over to Rubick who'd turned his attention to the conversation and asks "Do you know anything about this, mage?"
Rubick suppresses his burbling laughter and shakes his head, "Unfortunately not, Michael had hidden many of the most interesting magics from me. It only makes the hunt more-, interesting..."
Surtr's eyes squint at the mention of his foe, "So Michael's responsible for this!?"
Charlotte taps her staff impatiently, she was right there to tell them yet they were talking right over her head. She knew exactly who was responsible for it as she recognised the caster's voice, not to mention their strange talent with all things explosive. "The caster, Louise de la Valliere. Old master of Michael..."
"Old master?" Surtr hums with his anger slowly simmering down, "What does that mean?"
"Familiar... In his words, a slave..." Charlotte adds, "I don't know if she can cast that spell again, it has been years since we met."
Surtr's mind is brought from his thoughts at that, "You mean she could rain down many more of those damned spells!?" he almost shrieks as Charlotte nods in response.
"Is there anything we can do against this!? We can't even approach the island without being obliterated!" Surtr shouts with hints of desperation in his tone.
...
He looks around but no one raises their head... He's about to give up the invasion entirely when he hears footsteps approach from behind him. he turns and spots a familiar yet not, robed man with a permanent stern face behind his strange helmet. In his hands he held a small shield and a peculiar double-bladed throwing weapon.
"I can stop the spell for some time. The rest will be up to you." he states in a deep, almost rasping voice.
"You can stop it? How?" Surtr inquires further, not trusting his and others' lives on some stranger's mere words.
Silencer doesn't seem bothered by the question, in fact he was actually assured by Surtr's restraint and caution. "I have mastered techniques that stop any spellcaster from using magic." he states, waving his hand at Rubick and causing the humming Grand Magus to go completely silent, much to his surprise.
"Hm?... Are you sure this will work? Have you tested it on a 'Void Mage'?"
Silencer nods, "It will, this 'Louise' requires a long chant to cast her spells. I merely need to interrupt her chant, such an act may even kill her from the backlash."
Anti-Mage steps beside him, "But we mustn't tarry. While the mage is incapacitated, we need to get close enough so that another spell like that would cause their own deaths as much as ours."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The navy was on the move again, this time with far few ships and far fewer men to man them. Ravenrock's walls had been reinforced one more, the mages and archers returning to their perches.
Kunkka's boat could all now see the pink-haired robed woman standing atop one of the corner towers, and so Silencer immediately went into action.
Unbeknownst to them, Louise had been forbidden by Miraak to simply obliterate the navy making their tactic futile in its intended goal. Regardless, silencing all of Ravenrock's mages and preventing them from casting spells was still a boon...
"GLOBAL SILENCE!" Silencer's voice shouts and releases a shockwave that deafens everyone... Not just everyone however, everything too. The sounds of waves were vanquished, the sound of cannons firing, the sound of archers firing their bows. No one was able to make a sound, no one except Winterhold's navy, who were still able to cast their spells with Silencer's discretion.
The casting of this horrified almost all of Ravenrock, the mages from Halkeginia, Louise and Josep[h included were baffled by the spell and their own inability to use magic. The dragons were even worse, unable to use even the simplest shout, completely denying them the power their father granted them.
The archers on the walls begin firing as fast as they can, but their arrows weren't nearly as strong as the spell their mages could unleash, allowing the navy to get closer, and closer.
"Ram the wall! Show them that the sea cannot be swayed!" Kunkka commands as the ships barrel towards the wall of Ravenrock.
"No sense in allowing our ride to be scratched! Allow me!" Rubick offers as he jabs his staff at the wall. With his movement, cracks begin abruptly forming across it, quickly smashing an entire section of the wall inwards via heavy use of his Telekinesis.
Behind the broken wall many soldiers equipped in a variety of qualities of gear prepare to take the ground invasion, but Lina just flies over and fires a huge Dragonslave into the crowd, turning many of them to crisps.
What was left of Surtr's troops begin charging forward, but just then, Silencer's Global Silence ends, allowing the Halkeginia mages to start using magic again.
It's then that Surtr learns the difference between Tamriel mages and Halkeginian... The wind picks up around them as water is sucked away from the ocean, fists made of earth punch up from the ground and fire forms above their heads in a swirling mass of death.
"W-what...?"
"FOR THE HIGH KIN-AHAHAHHHRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!"
