Azimir's eyes darkened in anger. The royal family's kindness was all a facade.

'Did the princess think she could trick me? How naive!' He clicked his tongue softly before his gaze hardened. 'Just as I had expected, one should never trust people based on their appearances. Queen Dorothy, you too.' He was even disappointed in the Queen too for she had not stopped her daughter when she was about to slap the poor maid. Though the Queen was sensible at times, she was still a mother who was blinded by her love for her children than caring about the maids who were also her children. All the respect he had for her moments ago vanished completely.
