Vladimir let out a huffed of a chuckle. "I know. That's why I left my castle and decided to stay here with him from now on."

Lyander and I were stunned in silence. I was too shocked while Lyander was too livid based on his grim expression.

"What do you mean by that?" 

Thank the Twin Moons that Lyander asked the question that I was too shocked to ask myself. My brain was still stuck in Vladimir's words that I couldn't think.

Vladimir repeated with a poker face and no-nonsense tone, "It's exactly what I said. I'll be here together with him."

"You do realize that this is the wolves' territory, right? How do you expect to stay here forever with Colm?"

I nodded. Still to shock to speak.

Vladimir tilted his head like he didn't understand Lyander's question. "I'm here, aren't I? Without the wolves noticing my scent. Although . . ."
