Chapter 90: XC: Avoiding their gaze

By the time she got engaged to her fiancé, she already had a strong mentality and although it was inevitable for her to feel sorry for the boy but that was where it all ended.

It has been almost a week since she saw her husband last. He simply left that day and did not come to her again afterwards.

She saw him a few times through the window down with his men talking a few times and the last time, he was with one of his many women.

With the way he was obviously avoiding her, she could not ask him to let her see her cousin. She was simply stuck in the same spot.

She also did not have the guts to eat her meals in the dining hall. This was another morning and she was determined to wait until the ladies bring her food when everyone else has eaten.

"It is wrong for you to eat breakfast alone in your room when you are fine," Selene said without bothering to greet her when Aurora invited her in after she knocked.
