Dreamer was confused by Azazel's answer. He thought that the devil would tell him to increase his stats like strength or agility. But Azazel said something way different from what he had imagined.

And also, Dreamer could see the fear and tension on Azazel's face when the 1st lord was mentioned. So, in curiosity, he asked Azazel about the identity of the first lord.
