Chapter 23: Pregnant (part two)

"You are to blame for this," Adria let out to her brother and marched into the room to see her sister and friend.

Reina was her best friend and it hurt her to see her in that condition. It wasn't fair that her child's life was in danger because of her brother and his new toy.

She took her place next to her friend on the bed and held her hand. Reina was sound asleep when he arrived there. She tried not to be loud and woe her. She brushed her hand gently on her stomach and listened with her werewolf ears.

She could hear a pulsating beat from her belly. Confirming that she was pregnant was the best thing ever, it meant that she would give the kingdom and heir, the child night aid in bridging the gap between her and the king.

The queen mother and the king walked in together. Morpheus was still wrapping his head around the fact that Reina was with child. He could only imagine how angry she will be about it when she woke up.
