“Magically speaking, that is,” Calian explained. “I don’t practice magic with other people, and I’m not interested in joining a coven. I do have friends, and I had many lovers.”

Flynn was taken aback when he realized that he was strangely jealous. He hated thinking about Calian being sexually intimate with anyone else. Calian had him and Gage. The two of them could keep Calian satisfied in bed.

“How many lovers?”

“Over the years?” Calian shot back at Flynn with the amusement clearly written all over his face.

“Now.”

“Just you and Gage.”

“Good.”

Calian smirked. “Are you jea—”

“Yeah,” Flynn interrupted, and judging by the expression on Calian’s face, he was certainly taken aback by the admission.
