Calian sat on one of the chairs that were available in neat rows on either side of the long corridor in the hospital. He was there to see a doctor and a nurse, but he wasn’t sick. He couldn’t be affected by the viruses and bacteria that harmed ordinary human beings, and on the off chance that he wasn’t feeling well, he had powerful healing potions that could quickly rid him of any ailments and illnesses.

“This is annoying,” Calian muttered to himself after discreetly casting a spell to check on the time. It had been twenty-seven minutes since he arrived at the hospital. “Why can’t these people do things at a faster rate? They’re all so slow.”
