CHAPTER 22 : TAKE A TEST TO GET SOME RESULTS (2)
'[TEST]' a test which is held by gods to reward powerful players. It is held in mostly a problematic world where the gods give us some missions to complete. They give us the results according to the Arcaners performances. And if we fail to complete the test we will be penalized according to our results. Even I was shocked that Gods care about Arcaners this much that they would test them because when I was normal I felt like I don't even a pinch of luck and heavens were trying to kill me, which came out to be truth with my negative luck.
There was a huge doubt that came to my mind. What if we die in the other world? Well that was cleared by Vigyan and that's a huge topic to explain for now so I will think about it later.
"So this is called the [TEST] huh? I don't get the difference between this and the [DOOR] except its bright red color." Happi said stretching his hands and legs, getting ready to enter inside.
Normally for any test he would scan all the pages of his books hurriedly till the last second and now he is stretching for a [TEST]. That's weird.Any way we were infront of the [TEST] which was in a forest covered in a thick fog. To tell the truth I didn't even know there was a forest near this surroundings as this was a sealed area where no one was allowed.I should have guessed that this land belonged to IAA.
So I was beside Happi with my long sword which was modified by Sara before coming here. She was expecting good results from me but I am still a bit nervous. I and Happi were a bit too early so we have to wait for our teammates to come. I wonder who are they.
"I should have expected that you would have reached this level." I heard a bold familiar voice. The man is about fifty years old but he doesn't look like that because of his muscular body.
"BOSS!!!" I and Happi shouted in shock and surprise. I should have expected him as an Arcaner as he was the one who sent us to IAA.
"Now come on kids!! I am not your boss any more call me by my full name." he said to us patting us on our shoulders.
"Um... sorry boss we cannot call someone whome we worked under for months with name suddenly." and I don't even dare to call you using your name.
"Hehehe alright." he smiled at us. "!!!" I and Happi were shocked because he was always too serious at the office and we never even thought that he would smile!!!
"AAAHHH!! Why should I join them???!!" huh? why is she here?? my instructor.
"To gain our trust you have to help them. That means this is out test for you." Vigyan was beside her explaining her. They were both walking towards us.
"So professor are we ready to go?" Happi questioned him excitedly.
"Um.. no here are two others who will be joining." he looks towards the road. "Speak of the devil they are here."
Two people got down from the car and started walking towards us.I saw a familiar face.
"So everyone these are the one who signed the permanent contract with the company along with you two Rishi and Santosh. Meet Krithi and Tony." ok Krith I remmber now she was in my team in that [DOOR] incident. If I remember correctly she is a fire Arcaner just like Happi.
"So Kriti is a fire Arcaner and Tony is a physical power Arcaner." professor explained about them to us.
"If everyone is here then lets go inside!!!" Happi was too much excited that he started shouting.
"Hey Happi I know that you are excited but did you go to the bathroom? If you feel like it after going inside what will you do? Pee in your pants?" I asked him.
"Um.... Professor can you wait just a sec!!" shouting that Happi hurried inside the rust bucket that he parked below the tree. Everyone started laughing um... I think except someone.
"Um... Hey, why are you so angry?" I asked my instructor doubtfully.
"....." She did not respond to what I said. I think I should talk to her after some time.
After a minute of time Happi started running towards us shouting "Let's go!!!". Man!! why is he so excited?? Some times I can't even understand my friend.
"Everyone please gather around." Hearing that we gathered around the professor.
"So everyone this [TEST] is held by gods so please mind your language and please try to impress them as much as possible. Even if they are gods from other world they may affect your every day life inside the [TEST]. As you know one hour here is five days inside. Some gods my try to help you and some may try to harm you as you are from another world for them. So don't trust anyone." We newbies nodded at what the professor said. But it's weard for me to hear the god word many times as gods in our world do not communicate with humans.
"And I will take the lead and guide you inside the [TEST] as it's your first time." The boss said to us in a very bold voice.
"Then good tuck everyone!!" Vigyan wished us luck as we put on our equipment which was given by the company.
"So everyone everything which will be counted as cheating will be taken by the gods as you step inside the [TEST] ok?" We all nodded at what he said. I hope I am not carrying any cheat sheets.
CLAP CLAP "Ok everyone we are moving!!" the boss shouted as we started to get near the huge bright red light.
The light was so bright that I had to close my eyes.
I slowly stepped inside the light. "!!!" woooow!!! We entered a whole new world but there was fire everywhere and the buildings were destroyed. What does that mean?
FLASH[YOU HAVE ENTERED THE 'TEST']
POP[EVERYTHING THAT IS CONSIDERED AS CHEATING WILL BE SEASED]
"!!!?" Everyone started glowing. "Huh??" My instructors hair colour was changing from black to white!!! Huh even my boss's hair was changed to blue.
Seeing me confused boss started explaining me " As you know Rishi, most people in India have black hair and eyes but when an Arcaner is awakened their hair colour could change." Oho!! I nodded at him.
I looked at Happi to see if his hair colour changed but it did not. Then what about me?? No one was looking at me so I tried to pluck my hair so I pulled one strand of hair. Woooh it did not change it was pure black. But should I feel happy or sad.
Krithi's hair colour changed to red and Tony's hair changed to green!!! Man!!! Those are the hair colours I thought I would never see in my life.
FLASH[THE GODS HAVE SEASED ALL YOUR THINGS THAT ARE CONSIDERED AS CHEATING]
I hurriedly checked my pocket but I still had my phone. I think having a phone is not cheating. If only I could bring phone during my exam I would have been one of the top rankers.
POP[MISSION: SAVE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE TRAPPED IN THE CITY 'S' AND GET THEM A VACCINE WHICH WILL HELP THEM FROM BEEING AFFECTED BY THE ZOMBIE VIRUS. IF POSSIBLE ESCAPE THEM FROM THIS CATASTROPHIC PLACE AND SEND THEM TO OTHER AREA.

What the!!! Saving the people from a catastrophic city is low in difficulty?? Then what will happen if the difficulty is high? Will it be like save the planet from apocalypse?
"Everyone you all saw the notification right?" We all nodded at what the boss said. "Then let's move."
We all started moving as we landed on a hill which was near the so called city 'S'. It was too quiet and nearly everything was destroyed. The whole place was chaotic with broken buildings, trees were on fire and..... there was blood everywhere on the ground. What the hell even happened here??!!
It was more like a nightmare than a broken city. After we walked a little further inside the city there were dead bodies on the ground.
Everyone didn't know what to say. This is more like a movie than a test. What the hell are the gods!! To give us a test like this!!??
"Everyone it's all right don't get too much involved in this [TEST]. They like this because it was destined to be like this." The Boss said to us seeing that we were about to cry because of the whole situation. Because there were not only one or two bodies but some hundreds of them that the whole ground was covered in blood.
It was a situation that you will want to wake up from this nightmare as soon as possible.
FLASH[THE GODS OF THIS WORLD HAS THEIR EYES ON YOU]
So what should I do?

AAAHHHH stop it now!! Seeing so many zeros is freaking me out!!!
"AAHH!! What are those!!?" Krithi shouted pointing something on the road.
I looked more keenly because something was far away from us. "!!!?" They looked like a group of people.... no a huge group of people.
"It looks like they are people!! We have to save them." Happi shouted.
"No Santosh." the boss stopped him holding his shoulder.
"Everyone get prepared for the battle!!!" He shouted.
"Why??" I asked him.
"Don't you see they are zombies." "!!!"
They are zombies??!! There are hundreds of them!!!!
