Chapter 118: WAS IT INDEED LOVE?

Gerald was too stunned and confused by Theodora's unexpected behaviour. He couldn't decipher what was going on in her head. Not only her appearance but her actions too were very bold and very unlike any woman Gerald knew.

She removed his shirt from over his shoulders, her fingers gliding on his tan chest all the way down to the tough muscles of his abdomen. 

Her cold fingertips brought goosebumps on his skin as a shiver ran down his spine. Her curious and amazed greenish hazel eyes took in every inch of his skin like it was an art of a skilful artist.

Her eyes moved back to meet his as she whispered through her smile.

"You are as fine as I had imagined you to be!"

She took his hand in hers before tugging at it lightly. Gerald stood up wordlessly, his eyes fixated only on her face in search of answers to his questions.

Gerald almost jumped back in bewilderment when Theodora's hands tried to reach down his waist. He eyed her incredulously.
