Chirpy screeches resounded throughout the sprawling dome as Grisha teleported to the place with a group of baby Origin Beasts that she of course had stolen. The baby Origin Beasts landed on the ground, skipping as they looked around, huddling into a group as they looked at him, alert.

They possessed high intelligence, a rare Origin Beast race that was terribly low in numbers.

Double-Faced Monkey!

It was a race of Origin Beasts found in the Misty Gorge Ruins and only there. Once, the majority of the Misty Gorge Ruins was ruled by them. But over time, their numbers dwindled.

The reason was simple: Their cultural habit.

The Double-Faced Monkeys shared a certain custom that asked them to fight and kill four of their own upon reaching adulthood. It was proclaimed that such an action would strengthen them.

To be frank, it indeed did, making the adults terrifying. But, that also quickly caused their population to dwindle over time.
