Chapter 138: Get Better First

(From Ella's Perspective)

"No," he said sternly. "You need to get better first."

"But..."

"No, El. We will have plenty of time to do it after you get better," he said, shaking his head. 

Then was I the only one who wanted to do it so badly? I just missed him so much and all I wanted to do was be as close to him as possible. Did he not want the same? Did he not miss me as much as I missed him?

"Don't think anything weird," he said as if he knew what I was thinking. Well, he knew me the best after all. 

"... Okay, you can leave," I said, pushing him off by his chest. 

He did not have to do it if he did not want to. But it would be wrong if I said I was not a bit sad. What else was I supposed to feel? It had been more than a month that we did not see each other. Now that we were together again, I could not help but be greedy. 

"Ella..."

"Go!"
