Unsurprisingly, there was an immediate uproar following Emilia's declaration.

Even if all of their winnings of the day were to be pooled together, no, maybe even the total pool for an entire session wouldn't reach ten million most of the time!

The only exceptions were when some rich second generation children were showing off to each other, and ended up betting more in order to show off.

These people were obviously goading her into making the bet before she had the chance to reconsider her 'hasty' decision. But Emilia wasn't here to impress them anyway.
